The front bedroom has a queen size bed, french doors that open onto the balcony, a 40" smart TV and 2 closets. The rear bedroom has a queen size bed, smart TV, large closet and a beautiful sitting area with a day bed.
The gourmet dream kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and entertaining, the food lovers dream! The spacious kitchen opens into the living room and has a fantastic view of the bay. Living room features a large smart TV, french doors to the deck, a romantic gas fireplace and plenty of comfy seating to relax and take in the amazing view. The apartment has lots of windows, tall cedar ceilings and heated floors in the bathroom and kitchen.
Sit out on the deck and watch the sunset, look for spouting whales and take in the beauty of the ocean. Front row seating for all that Mendocino has to offer, whether it's the Music Festival, Film Festival or the 4th of July Parade, you will be in the center of it all! Fantastic Spot

So lovely to spend the week here! The apartment is well designed and beautiful. It had everything we needed and the proximity to the ocean, the state parks was perfect. I loved that my 11 and 12 year old daughters could explore the town on their own whenever they wanted. They came back with treasures from the bookstore and the bead store without going more than 300 feet. Would love to come back.

Mendocino Paradise

Location of this property is perfect. The panoramic view of the ocean bluffs and water was absolutely stunning, and the property's proximity to the downtown area was so convenient. Everything was in close walking distance and convenient to the unit. Ideal for our small gathering of friends.

Beautiful spot across the street from the Pacific

Great apartment, excellent kitchen, comfortable beds! Walk around Mendocino easily. Steps from one of the most beautiful beaches in the world!

Love this place

This was our 6th visit. We love staying here. The apartment is lovely and it overlooks the ocean. You are in the town so everything is within walking distance. The owner is very accommodating. We will be back.
