This is the beach house your family is looking for! Sea La Vie is an updated top floor of a classic beach duplex on Wrightsville Beach. The front of the house has a large deck with lots of seating, and plenty of space to enjoy the ocean and sound breeze. There is plenty of seating in the living room to watch movies together, and there is a large dining room table off the kitchen that seats 8. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could need.

There are 3 bedrooms and a full bathroom in the back of the house. Off the kitchen is the first bedroom with a queen bed. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds. The third and final bedroom has a king size bed and a TV. There is a full bathroom at the back of the house with a bathtub.

Access the sound at the end of the street; great for swimming, paddle boarding, or kayaking! There is parking for 2 vehicles in the driveway, parking is limited to 2 cars. Call today to make your reservation in this wonderful Wrightsville home!

Nice spot for a family vacation

The property is described as it is. I would pay more to have a small washer/dryer in the unit. Other than the addition of a washer/dryer, the accommodations were nice. I would suggest the corners of each room be vacuumed and the bed in the master be pulled off the wall so both people can easily get in and out of the bed. Overall, a good rental.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: PROS: Unit was great with a great location! A simple 2 block walk and you're on the beach! Walk in the other direction and you have river access. So you can walk your SUP and launch right there. Linens and pillow comfortable. CONS: Kitchen utensils were pitiful. The sharp knife couldn't cut butter if it had too! No pot holders either. Frying pan had no non-stick surface left so it was tough to clean. We fried eggs using spray & bacon grease and the eggs still stuck to the pan. Bathtub surface was pretty much gone so it seemed dirty. When we arrived (Saturday PM) the floors were so dirty our socks turned black. Contacted Mgt Company on Monday and they said we should have called sooner. No "Oh we are sorry; we'll send someone over right away" response. That's pretty poor service. Due to the location, I would stay here again. With only one bathroom, I wouldn't recommend it for more than 4 people. Bring your own garbage bags, toilet paper, paper towels because they don't provide them (they do supply one of each; after that you are on your own).
