About this property

This studio condo is the perfect location whether you are looking to ski or bike, enjoy the festivals in Winter Park, or just lounge by the pool. The unit is located on the second floor and is very convenient to the indoor/outdoor pool, the hot tubs, the exercise room, the game room, and the restaurant/bar. You are simply an elevator ride away from The Corridor Ski Run and the Zephyr Express lift. The building also features a ski shop and a massage therapist. The unit comes with one free spot in a covered parking garage in the building, and there is a free bus stop just outside the door.

The condo sleeps four in a queen-size Murphy bed and a full-size sleeper sofa with a memory foam mattress. It features a full-size, completely furnished kitchen and the unit has its own high-speed secure internet.

There is one available covered parking spot. The Town of Winter Park does not allow on-street, overnight parking. Rentals are subject to the Town of Winter Park noise regulations.

Perfect for slope access

I enjoyed this studio for a few days with my 13-year old son. We came for powder and it was the perfect location for easy slope access and the activities in the Village as well. The unit was so thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed and even extras of toiletries we might have forgotten. The unit was very clean and cozy. The humidifier in the unit was a really nice touch. The complex was quiet but with great amenities, the covered parking was a great bonus. The owner was very communicative and helpful throughout the booking process and our stay. Having perfect lodging and great powder made for a wonderful ski getaway with my son!

Perfect Getaway Weekend!

John's place was absolutely perfect for a quick ski trip with my partner & me. It was clean, well-stocked, and all of his instructions were thorough & clear. Having ski-in/ski-out access was obviously the highlight, and I appreciated that we paid a fair value compared to every listing I saw on other booking sites. This newly renovated property offers whatever you are looking for in a mountain vacation. Whether you are here for the skiing, the fishing, the biking, the shopping, one of our wonderful festivals or whether you just want to relax by the pool, this property has it all.

The property is walking distance from the Base area. If you want to go downtown to enjoy the shopping, dining or music in the park, just hop on the free bus system that has a winter stop at Iron Horse (in summer, the nearest stop is only 200 yds. away).

What makes this property unique

Nestled right in the middle of it all, this unit still manages to provide a sense of serenity and peacefulness as you sit on the balcony gazing down the Fraser River Valley. Our full kitchen allows you to eat in when you want, and, our pool and spa, exercise room, and game room are onlyh an elevator ride away.
