Updated Townhome - Just Steps From The Beach! ~ Family Friendly Destin Vacation!

Unit 73 at Southbay by the Gulf backs up to the Beachside Pool and is just steps from the beach. This 2 Bedroom home has a King in the Master Bedroom and 2 Twin Beds in the Guest Bedroom. All Bedrooms are on the 2nd floor along with a Full Bath. The 1st Floor includes the Living Room (with sofa bed), Dining Area, Kitchen, and a 1/2 Bathroom off the Laundry Room.

Southbay by the Gulf, is a quaint little townhome community located on the emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico. This secluded property offers such a variety of vacation homes; you will be drawn back, time after memorable time.

Our units feature private patios bursting with Florida wildlife, or you can fish from your private lake front balcony. Southbay has 2 swimming pools and 2 kiddy pools; we heat the south pool seasonally. If it's tennis that you love, we have that too. Our grounds are made for walking so park at your front door and enjoy a stroll through the property while feeding the birds, fish and turtles.

The condo was good but it does need upgrades to the carpets and the beds. There’s was a moldy smell as well. We did like the location of the condo.

Nice townhouse-Great location

The townhouse was perfect for the 4 of us. It was in a great location. Not far to the ocean at all. There were a lot of pros with this rental. I have 2 cons. 1- the home needs a good deep cleaning 2- the mattresses seem worn down and need replaced with new.

Great stay

Everything is great the location, proximity to ocean, restaurants, stores, etc. was a relief to have emergency care a block away due to child injury... our suggestion to replace mattresses as we all had trouble sleeping. But otherwise it was nice to stay. Thank you!
