This bright equipped Florida home is welcoming and clean with 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms that sleeps 8 guests (1K, 1Q, 2 XL T, 1 Pack n Play and 1 air mattress)

Fully furnished, clean and bright 1650 sg sf home is located in a safe, family friendly neighborhood. Each room will be ready for you with clean fresh linens and its own cable TV and WiFi throughout the home. Beach towels, chairs and umbrella provided for a day at the beach.

The Master suite has a master bathroom with a Spa like feel complete with a large soaker tub. The guest bath has a large walk in shower. A second shower is outback for enjoying your mornings in the greater outdoors and morning sunshine. Find your happy place for coffee on the patio or by the bay window in the kitchen. Enjoy dinner here or at the dining room table with seating for 6.

With tile floors throughout this home it is a stress free, perfect fit for kids and adult alike. Enjoy everything that Daytona Beach has to offer then return home and relax in the outdoor shower and enjoy a tasty meal prepared on the patio grill or dine out at The Pavilion of Port Orange. If you prefer to cook indoors the kitchen is equipped with everything a foodie needs. The Pavilion offers both casual and fine dining opportunities, along with the House 4 beers which features our local craft breweries. The closest Restaurant is The Tomoka Brewing Company, only 1 mile away. For a good local fresh fish sandwich, visit D.J’s deck just under the Port Orange Bridge. Stone Woods Grill and Tavern is just 6 mins away where you will find wonderful steaks and seafood.

The garage will accommodate 1 parked vehicle, and the driveway will accommodate 2 vehicles, boats and 1 ONLY bike trailer. The trailer must fit onto the driveway. Space available is 30'. Trailer and trailer tongue must fit onto the 30' driveway. It not be parked in the street or on the grass.

This perfect place to come home to after a long day out. Enjoy a meal, play board games or just relax and watch the 60” TV provided in the living room, or cook out and relax on the deck while the kids play is the kiddy pool.

Within minutes from Publix Grocery Store, Walmart, Target, Hollywood Movie Theater and plenty of shopping at the Pavilion along with the new Tanger Outlets. Whether a family vacation, enjoying Race week or Bike Week, long term or executive rental this home is sure to provide everything you need with its central location to Hwy 95 and Interstate I-4 makes it very convenient.

Paradise!

Such a great place to relax and enjoy the area. The house was perfect for our needs. Kitchen was well stocked with all you’d need. The owners even left paper products etc to start our stay. Beds and furniture were so comfortable! We especially loved the lanais. The neighbors are all wonderful! Many came by and introduced themselves and others waved at us as we went by every time. The owners are very attentive and replied to any of our questions/concerns immediately. Loved our stay and we’re already looking forward to next year!

I am originally from Daytona Beach and my husband is from England. We moved to Jacksonville but kept this home as a rental. We moved back 3 years ago and completely renovated the home. Now we enjoy traveling in our motor home and opening our home for travelers to enjoy our home town.

Why they chose this property

Our vacation home is the model of a Florida Style home. Complete with tile floors though out. The neighborhood is safe and friendly. You will meet families out at dusk walking their children and pets in the comfortable evening air.

What makes this property unique

Whats unique about our home and what we love the most is the open plan and bright rooms. And the indoor patio and outside lanai make a great place to relax and cook outdoors. The outdoor shower is a great way to stay or finish your day in Florida.
