Beautiful bright and cozy apartment, fully equipped, furnished and renovated with stylish decor. Facing the marina, with a closed private garage 30 meters from the house. Perfect for a couple with 2 children for a family holiday by the sea; you will have the feeling of being "at home", since with 2 flat screens (living room and bedroom), internet, wifi, DVD-Blu Ray player, washer dryer, fridge / freezer, dishwasher, oven multifunction, hotplates, microwave, toaster, kettle, all necessary dishes and kitchenware.

You enter directly into the kitchen with plenty of storage space and open to the living room which includes a convertible corner sofa (140x190 Bultex), a coffee table and buffet; the living room leads to the balcony with a view overlooking the marina, facing south, 2 chairs and 1table to the small balcony are available ..

The room is equipped with a retractable electric bed (160x200 Bultex), wardrobe and drawers and a small office.

The bathroom has a shower, a washbasin with mirror cabinet and electric towel rail blowing. The toilets are separated.

A baby cot, high chair and bath are available.

Le Quai Henri IV runs from one end of the marina; This is a lively and colorful neighborhood with bars, restaurants, ice cream; This area is open to the sea through the creation of a dry port, the fish markets nearby and the car ferry terminal.

A few steps you will find shops, restaurants, bars, downtown, the train station, movie theaters, market, beach 100 meters ...

A LITTLE GEM WITH HARBOUR VIEW

We have stayed in many beautiful apartments and locations in France but COTE SUD is a jewel in the crown.

The location is ideal, right in front of the pleasure harbour, 5 minutes walk to the beautiful town centre of Dieppe. The view is amazing and constantly changing.

The apartment is beautifully furnished and decorated with plenty of luxury touches.

The living area is very roomy with extremely comfortable sofa, plenty of lighting and wonderful views.

The kitchen/diner is large with a fully equipped kitchen and everything you could possibly need : dishwasher, washer dryer, toaster, coffee machine, microwave, full cooker, kettle, etc, etc,, even an electronic dust bin which opens and closes by itself !

The dining area is spacious and with a large wardrobe with mirror doors ( lights come on when doors are opened ! ) you can see the harbour in the mirror.

The bedroom in not very big but the extra large bed is extremely comfortable with high quality bedding, a small desk, good storage, quirky lighting at the press of a button and a clock that project time and temperature on the ceiling. Brilliant !

Everything that has been selected and bought for this apartment is of the highest quality from the furniture, kitchen equipment to the decorations and the big fluffy towels.

The price you see is the price you pay, no extra for cleaning, bedding, towels, this that and the other which seems the norm for French rentals.

Needless to say the apartment is immaculate and I would like to thank Isabelle, the owner, for all her helpfulness, her wonderful apartment, her kindness and for making our stay a wonderful experience.

PS : For British visitors a DVD player would have been welcome as both TVs are in French, obviously.

Appartement ensoleillé, confortable et idéalement situé

L'accueil de Mme Erard est chaleureux et sympathique. elle ajuste ses horaires en fonction des besoins de ses hôtes et offre un gentil petit présent de la région à l'arrivée.

L'appartement jouit d'une jolie vue directe sur le port de Dieppe, juste au dessus de la rue commerçante où cohabitent petits restos et bars dieppois ; il reste toutefois calme,.

La pièce principale, très bien équipée et agréablement décorée est spacieuse et bien ensoleillée ; le canapé lit est confortable.

Le seul petit bémol est pour la chambre assez sombre : le lit escamotable, très confortable lui aussi, une fois déplié ne laisse pratiquement pas de place pour l'accès à la salle d'eau. Les personnes plus âgées ou à mobilité plus réduite devront donc s'installer de préférence dans le salon.

Toutefois, on se sent très bien dans ce petit appartement : c'est la seconde fois que nous y séjournons et nous y reviendrons sans doute encore !

Wonderfull time in Dieppe

We spent 6 days (5 nights) in Dieppe in this flat. The flat was easy to find, with a great location. It has amazing views and fit our needs. The flat is furnished and decorated very beautiful and lovingly. It provides enough space for small family. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

Situation exceptionnelle pour le plaisir des yeux.

Appartement lumineux avec vue exceptionnelle sur le port ou il se passe toujours quelques choses, même au mois de Janvier. Malgré le temps tristounet, notre séjour a été très agréable. Décoration sympa, actuelle, avec des touches de romantisme. Tout semble neuf dans un bâtiment très ancien. Bonne literie .

Petit + propriétaire très sympathique. A bientôt nous l' espérons.
