Suitability

• wheelchair accessibleThere is a ramp to enter the building, another out to the grounds & 2 elevators. The building was built in 1977, so there are narrow areas. The hallway is somewhat narrow to enter the Penthouse. The Penthouse it self is all one floor except the kids loft. The bathrooms do have narrow door openings. There are approx 3 1/2 inch metal tracks for the balcony doors that you have to step over to get out on the balcony's.

• The photos are the actual views from the Penthouse. The Penthouse is situated on the south facing corner, the 3 balcony's give stunning views for miles.
