The villa stands in the center of the Maddalena Peninsula and the protected marine oasis of Plemmirio, 5 minutes from Syracuse, a city of ancient seafaring traditions, a Mediterranean cultural center and land dominated by history and nature, sung by Virgil and since 2005 UNESCO world heritage of humanity.
The villa is located in a stretch of singular, beautiful and evocative coast. Just visit it, during excursions on land, or dive into its sea to have the distinct feeling of being in a special place.
The Villa, located on 1300 meters of land, can accommodate up to a maximum of 8/10 people and consists of:
- large 'open space' living area with sofa bed, a bathroom and laundry room;
- large sleeping area with 2 bedrooms and a bathroom;
- The exterior is organized with lawn, large veranda.
In addition it is equipped with: oven, fridge, hair dryer, sofa beds, washing machine, clothesline, iron, 3 TV (one for each bedroom and one in the large living area), barbecue, outdoor shower, parking uncovered . With the possibility of renting for weekend, weekly, monthly or for public holidays (Christmas, New Year, Mid-August, etc. ...).
The structure allows you to appreciate all 33 points of access to the marine area, each point a glimpse to remember.
