This 1881 sq. ft. of living space, located on 0.75 acres totally updated ranch house has been freshly painted, new hardwoods throughout and new plush carpet in the bedrooms. Beautifully decorated with new modern furnishings. The kitchen is equipped to make a snack or full on Thanksgiving dinner. The kitchen also has a breakfast nook with room for 7 at the unique poplar slab table. Brand new front load washer and dryer are located in the laundry closet in the kitchen. There is a separate dining area off the kitchen with seating for 8. The den has a vaulted ceiling with plenty of room for everyone to gather in front of the gas log fireplace, watch a movie on the new 55” Samsung TV or play a video game on the Xbox One. Maybe grab one of the boardgames or puzzles if you are trying to unplug with the family. If you are looking to getting away from all the goings on in the den, then step around into the quiet living room with 2 oversized chairs that you can curl up in and read a book or it can be converted to a 4th bedroom. 2 twin fold out beds with 7 inch memory foam mattresses, black out curtains and privacy screen. The living room also has a desk and wireless printer/scanner if you need to get a little work done. With wireless high speed gigabit internet everyone can be online with no problems. Down the hall, the 3 bedrooms each have a brand new plush mattress bed, 32” ROKU internet TV, USB plug-ins on both sides of the bed, sound machine, room darkening shades, high quality sheets, soft robes and ceiling fan. You are sure to get a good nights sleep. The master bedroom has a king bed and on-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a california-king bed and the third bedroom has a queen bed. These two bedrooms share a full bathroom across the hall.

Don’t let a rainy day stop you from getting outside, from the den step outside onto the 150 + square foot screened-in porch with a big overhead fan, 2 large motion chairs, 2 hammock chairs, sun shades and a bistro set. Watch the birds and listen to the running water of a bubbling fountain. The outside (3/4 acre) has extensive gardens with fruit trees, berry bushes, fenced backyard and lots of relaxing outdoor seating. There is a fire pit with 6 Adirondack chairs. The backyard has plenty of room for outdoor games, which includes Corn Hole, Giant Jenga, Badminton, with light up birdies for night games, Bocce Ball and of course Croquet. We have also installed wonderful backyard landscape lighting. A large outdoor dinning table (seating for 6) with an umbrella and Weber gas grill to enjoy an outdoor barbecue.

The new in-ground heated (78-82 degrees) saltwater pool is complete and OPEN for your enjoyment March through November. The fenced pool is separate from the fenced backyard, so our visiting families with small children can enjoy the backyard without the worry of the pool. The pool measures 14 ft. x 30 ft. with a maximum depth of 5.5 ft. With a large sun-shelf on one end. The 1000 sq. ft. decking around the secured pool area has 4 adjustable lounge chairs, 2 chairs, (2) 9ft. umbrellas, 4 floating chairs and other pool toys all to make sure you have a most enjoyable and relaxing experience at our new saltwater-heated pool. The pool will be closed December, January and February.

The two car garage has plenty of room even for the big cars and the driveway has ample parking.

We do allow no more than 2 dogs up to 60 lbs. (dogs only! NO CATS!) There is a $150 fee. You must add them to your reservation. They must have a current rabies vaccination. They must be crate trained and well behaved. We provide a very large crate with bedding, dog bowls, waterproof dog blankets for them to lay on and a "soggy dog" towel for drying wet paws. They are not allowed on beds. Your fur baby must be freshly groomed and nails trimmed within a week prior to entering the house. They must not be left alone in the house, screened in porch or yard. If you need to leave them they must be safely in the crate. They are not allowed in the pool. We do have a kiddie pool that we can set up if they love water. Poop must be quickly bagged and disposed of in outside trash bin. As beautiful as the house is, it is a strange place to them. Please respect our rules so we can continue to offer this to other guests.

Lake Lynn Park is only 1/2 a mile down the road. With a 2.5 mile trail around the lake, tennis courts and play ground getting outdoors for a little exercise is just down the road. Food Lion is the closest grocery and NoRa Cafe sandwich, coffee, beer and wine shop are just a 1/2 mile north.
