Duplex 100 m/2 of Arabic style in the pajanosas town, at 15 minutes of the center of sevilla by free highway A66.
Apartment of new construction in Arabic building has a kitchen totally equipped with oven, micro, dishwasher, washer machine, and everything necessary to enjoy the kitchen.
Lounge with tv of lcd of 46 ' giving to a court deprived with a nice vegetation. In the first floor, lounge, kitchen, bathroom, bedroom on complete interior bath and central court meeting to the bedroom and to the lounge.
In second floor, lounge with double bed , and room with a large shower. In this floor there is terrace of 50 is m/2 with nice views and well equiped with plants, sofa, table with chairs for 5p. Also there is a big solarium with a shower. The whole house is well conditioned with radiant soil and and air conditioning. Very calm and silent. Next to: drugstore, bakery, supermarket, bus stop and everything necessary to enjoy an agreeable stay in this beautiful environment

Wirklich empfehlenswert, wenn man Ruhe und Erholung genauso wie Unternehmungsmöglichkeiten in Sevilla sucht. Mietwagen notwendig, Strecke bis Sevilla ca. 15 Minuten. Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war excellent. Sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit, gut erreichbar, sehr sehr freundlich und sympathisch.

Une très jolie surprise
Très bel appartement de 2 niveaux, situé dans une petite maison au calme, et décoré avec beaucoup de goût. Cette location est très bien équipée et ne manque vraiment de rien. La grande terrasse sur le toit est magnifique et très zen (bananiers, palmiers, etc...). Nous avons adoré y prendre notre petit déjeuner chaque matin. La proximité de l'autoroute permet de rejoindre Séville très vite. Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié la disponibilité du propriétaire ainsi que sa serviabilité. C'est sûr, nous y reviendrons !

We hebben genoten van een heerlijke week in Andalusia en heel blij met het fantastisch en compleet ingerichte appartement met dakterras in Las Pajanosos, een klein en rustig dorpje ten noorden van Sevilla. Door onbekendheid en betrouwbaarheid van openbaar vervoer is een auto huren een aanrader. We hebben naast Sevilla ook Cordoba, Ronda en Cadiz bezocht. Dit was qua afstanden goed te doen en gaf een meerwaarde aan onze reis naar deze streek.

47 years old, i know well the city, its monuments and its life night. Play flamenco guitar and sing flamenco i know where are the best places to enjoy in the city. I love tapas and know most restaurants in seville, its prices and its quality. I like to recommend tenants where to go and make sure that they enjoy their staying. I do this for jobby and to be close to other cultures and also not forget my english. Always in touch with tenants try to get to know what they like. I am just what i would like to find whenever i travel abroad and rent an appartment.

Why they chose this property

The apartment is very nice and confortable. It is equiped whit all you can have in your own house. Silent, calm but right in the heart of the town where all the commercial area, restaurants, supermarket are. It is very important for me to make tenants feel as at home and that is at the end, the most important thing.

What makes this property unique

Very quiet surroundings, wide and sunny house, very good restaurants arround, close to downtown Seville (20 minutos until parked) by free highway. Nice private patio and private terrace with a great solarium. Extremelly well equiped and well accoinditionated cold and hot. A lot to do and see at the area. Nice furnitures. wifi and satel tv. I live very close so i am always at your disposal.
