About this property

This property is in a very charming area! It is centrally located, minutes away from many restaurants, downtown and UAMS hospital. It has a spacious fenced in backyard with a fire pit and pergola, making outdoor activities a must. This is a shared space. I am renting one room out of the downstairs. The entire home has been recently updated making it a very cozy place to stay during your travels. This property is located next to interstate 630. If you are a light sleeper then I would not recommend this property for you.

Guests will be able to access to the bathroom, kitchen, living room, one bedroom and the dining room.
This home acts as a duplex. The upstairs and downstairs are completely separated with a secured door. Each has their own entrance to the interior and exterior of the home. You will have your own privacy.
I am available to offer help throughout the stay, as I live in the property as well.

Great Property

Overall, I was very happy with my stay. The house was very well kept, clean, and well stocked. The owner was great…. very helpful and accommodating. The only downside to this property is it butts right up to the freeway so there is a little bit of traffic noise at night.

Updated house but very damp.

The location of the house is close to everything but it is also right next to high way so you can hear the traffic day and night. It has everything we needed. The kitchen is well stocked. The towels and shampoos are well stocked. The only problem we had is the house smells very damp, the dehumidifier was full when we got there, we took out the water it get full in few hours again. House is very clean but the smell made it feels different. If it was not so damp it would be good and comfortable.

Our stay at the Lil' Rock House!

Such a cute house! Super clean! I was so impressed at how clean this house was! I felt that it was in a safe neighborhood. Cole and Rachel are genuinely kind and concerned about the comfort and well being of those that stay here! They are an amazing couple! They were amazing to work with and went out of their way to help with a specific situation! If you are ever in Little Rock, this is the place to stay!

Wonderful house, clean and well stocked with everything you need. Owners were so nice.

We stayed at this house when we came down for our daughters wedding in Searcy. House is comfortable and clean. Lots of room for our big family! Great location, we even visited the Little Rock Zoo that was about 5 min away and had a great time. My kids said they had the softest towels ever at the house. Owners were home and came to say hi and see if we needed anything, which was very nice.other than that we had total privacy. We would definitely stay there again. Thank you so much.
