Kihei Kai Nani is located in the heart of South Kihei, at 2495 South Kihei Road, just a step away from some of the best beaches Maui has to offer. Its convenient location is also a walking distance to many restaurants, cafes, tourist gift shops, and a health food store! The complex offers a beautiful 60'x30' swimming pool, BBQ areas, a shuffleboard court, and beach showers located at the entrance of the complex.
THE ENTIRE UNIT WAS COMPLETELY REMODELED FROM TOP TO BOTTOM IN THE SUMMER OF 2017: Plastered ceiling, tiled lanai, new flooring in the whole unit, tiled walk-in shower, bamboo kitchen cabinets, quartz kitchen countertop, new stainless appliances, and island/beach style furnishing. Both, the living room and bedroom have flat-screen TVs and A/C units. The bedroom has a queen-size bed with a new 14" memory foam mattress. The condo is located on the ground floor in a peaceful and quiet area, surrounded by lush grass and tropical landscaping.

A gem in the heart of Kihei

I’ve stayed at the Kihei Kai Nani many times, but this was the first time in Katarina’s condo. We had such a wonderful time. KKN is across the street on one of Maui’s best beaches, also walking distance to a lot of shops and restaurants. The pool was nice when we weren’t in the mood to get sandy. The condo is beautiful and extremely comfortable. Katarina stayed in contact with us from time to time and the communication was fantastic. I’m telling you having air conditioning in the BEDROOM is unheard of in a lot of Kihei condos. Definitely recommend this property and we will be booking with her again.

Jim and Katarina - we have been blessed to call Maui our home for more than 30 years. Our 19 and 17 year-old daughters have been born and raised on the island. We are a very active family who enjoy a wide variety of sports from land to sea. We love the ocean from surfing, swimming, to tennis and playing golf. Maui is a perfect place for our family to live as the weather allows us to enjoy all these fun activities.
We purchased and completed a remodel in July 2017.
