About this property

Karson's Kastle is one of the best beach houses you will find because of the open floor plan, peaceful setting and 4 of the 5 bedrooms face the beach with large windows plus balconies! The house was totally remodeled with new windows, doors, siding and paint in January 2023!
The interior has been updated recently too! It is located a half mile from the last condo in Gulf Shores so it is so peaceful yet so close to everything!

Game room under the house includes, Corn hole, pool table, outside TV, comfortable seating, hammock! We have new patio furniture that will be arriving in May 2022 for the game room. There is a gas and charcoal grill too!

We provide at least 4 beach chairs and 2 recliners for the beach!

The kitchen, dining room, and great room provide exceptional views with a very open floor plan. It has one of the best settings too because of the location. The lot to the left has no home on it yet. The houses across the street are located on a large lagoon that are about 100 yards away and are on large lots.

Sleeps up to 16, 4 king bedrooms,
On the main floor, there is a powder bath and a Master bedroom suite with full bath and jacuzzi.
There are 4 bedrooms upstairs.
On the North side, there is 1 bedroom with 2 custom built bunk beds. They have 2 Queens on bottom with 2 smaller twins ( good for kids) on the top bunk! It has its own private balcony. There is a door on this bedroom and it has its own private bath.

The other 3 bedrooms have king beds and they have beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico. They all have doors to the deck that faces the Gulf.
We have one queen size air mattress too.

It is located just 1 mile from Lagoon Pass, the peaceful side of Gulf Shores! The closest condos are 1 mile away. It is just 7 minutes to the Hang-Out and all the action of Gulf Shores. As one of our repeat guests describes it, you would think you are on your own Private Island!

Most furniture is brand new including new high seating patio chairs, 50 inch TV's in Bedrooms, 75 inch TV in living room!

Bodenhamer Center is about 15 minutes away! It provide fitness room, indoor basketball, indoor pool and games. The fee is just $10 a day per person

Beautiful home

Our extended family just spent a week in this beautiful home. There were 10 of us including 3 children. This home did not disappoint. Beds were very comfortable, bathrooms well appointed. The kitchen had plenty of space and the living room was one of the best parts. Plenty of room for everyone to sit comfortably and play games or watch a movie. We will definitely be back!

Great family vacation!

We rented the property for a family vacation, with folks ages 3 months to 60 years. The property was right on the beach, allowing phenomenal access to move back and forth as the kids lost/gained interest. Plenty of beds for all the couples to have at least a queen, and plenty of seating space for hanging out. Would definitely recommend!

We moved to Gulf Shores in 2019 from Maryville Tn. where we began renting cabins in Townsend, Tn in 2002! We have sold them and now have 4 upscale rentals on the beach that we personally maintain. We have the best housekeepers too because we want you to have a stress free and a fantastic vacation that will create a lasting memory! We live close by so we are able to check our properties before our guests check in! Renting directly from the owner has so many advantages, please check out our reviews and you will see why!

Why they chose this property

We are located in the one of the most unique settings on the Gulf of Mexico! Karson's Kastle is located a half mile from the nearest condo and there is just one row of houses across the street. Our guests love the privacy on the beach and yet we are just minutes from the world famous Hangout and so many other restaurants and beach activities! The lots are also wider so there is more space between houses so you don't feel like congested! Come and see what makes this area so special!

What makes this property unique

Every January since 2020, we have been upgrading the interior and in 2023, we finished the exterior with windows and siding. It is like brand new and the game room underneath the house is an extra bonus! We have been told that there is a ship wreck about 300 yards out from the house that provides excellent fishing too! The last 20 years have been such a blessing as we have been able to provide great vacations to so many people that all started with 3 cabins in the Smoky Mountains! It is only because of our great Guests that we were able to grow our vacation rental business and never thought in a million years that we would be able to have a beach house vacation rental! Thank you so much to every guest that has ever stayed with us and we will continue to do the best to exceed your expectation!
