This 4th floor two bedroom, two bath ocean front unit with amazing views of the ocean and beach! This villa is part of the Amelia Surf & Racquet Club which is exceptionally well maintained. Two pools and four tennis courts on property for your enjoyment at this well-appointed community and in WALKING DISTANCE TO THE RITZ-CARLTON AMELIA ISLAND! Front row seat watching the sea turtles mosey along the dunes and the playful dolphins frolic in the waves.

We keep it stocked with all the necessities such as luxury grade towels, all sheets, shampoo, body wash, soap, conditioner, hair dryer, & laundry supplies . We want this to be your home away from home. Just show up and enjoy!

Delightful

It was a pleasure to vacation at this lovely condo. An updated property with spectacular views, it was spotless, pleasantly decorated and provided comfortable beds with high end linens. Management was very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!

Perfection

Everything about this experience was excellent. The condo is spotless and the neighbors are quiet. It has high end features throughout. The lights are labeled so you know how to turn on which light. The view is gorgeous. And let me tell you about the comfy bed! The bed is so soft and the pillow so excellent that I melted into it and the lock ups I usually get in my upper shoulders went away. To me, a good bed and fluffy pillow are essential to a vacation experience. You are going to want to rent this place - but I beg you to take good care of it during your stay so we all can enjoy it for years to come!

We had a perfect stay at this unit! Communication with the owner was great. The property was very clean and nice; the views are hard to beat. Had a great time at the pool and walking on the beach.

Beautifully decorated and updated condo with amazing ocean views!

We enjoyed our stay very much! The condo is up to date with beautifully appointed bathrooms, including walk in showers, luxurious, comfortable king size beds, big closets, a fully stocked, great kitchen with high end appliances and lovely furnishings throughout! Beach towels, chairs and an umbrella are available for time at the ocean, which is just a short walk from the condo. We spent a lot of time on the balcony, and it was equipped with high top table and chairs for enjoying our coffee in the morning, meals and the incredible ocean views.
