Circular driveway, garage. Large master bedroom with queen size bed, TV, walk in closet, master bathroom with jet tub, two vanities, walk in shower, separate master bedroom sitting room with pull out couch. Second bedroom with full size bed, TV. Third bedroom with two twin beds. TV in living room and in family room. Home is fully tiled, high ceilings and new kitchen with stainless steel appliances granite counter tops, dishwasher, microwave. Open floor plan, beautiful view. 4 bikes available and golf clubs available. Washer/dryer/iron. Fully stocked kitchen. Sheets and towels. The pool and lawn meticulously maintained. Cable and wifi included. Take a very short bike ride to Ponce De Leon Park to enjoy the beach and fantastic sunsets. We are a short bike ride to Fisherman's Village where you will find shopping, waterfront restaurants, tour boats, powerboats, kayaks, and sailboats for rent or you can bring your own boat.

The property was clean and ready for our arrival. The location is perfect for those interested in activities in the nearby parks (pickle ball, tennis, walking or biking). Everything was good except the TV situation (six TVs but no cable only streaming which made watching NFL very frustrating during playoffs). We loved the pool and spa! We would rent this property again but hope the TV situation would be improved.

not as advertised. Did not have 4 beds for 4 adult men as shown in photos.pool was cold ,hot tub did not work properly. Air conditioner was too cold in the evening-owner controlled everything from her cell phone app

Great location and great property

The house had two distinct and private bedroom areas. The floor plan was great with a lovely well heated pool and backyard lanai on a water channel. The location could not have been better. Punta Gorda is a well established town first developed at the turn of the century with a lot of charm. In walking distance from the house are the beaches on Charlotte Harbor with a grassy area for picnicing and then sandy beaches for swimming and sunning. The Peace River Bird Sanctuary is near there with a collection of raptors that are loving cared for. The access to I 75 is a 10 minute drive and to the Tamiami Trail even closer. There are many lovely restaurants just minutes away. We loved the Village Fish Market and Restaurant and the Perfect Caper for a special night out. The owners are very nice and responsive.
