Amazing oceanside vacation spot

This was my third visit to Tim and Kathy's wonderful oceanside vacation rental - I cannot recommend them highly enough. Amazing location, beautiful ocean views, easy walking distance to local restaurants, shopping, grocery, and nightlife. Most of all, the rental itself is clean, quiet, spacious, and with all the amenities. Such an absolute pleasure to spend a vacation here - we will do it again!!

Great spot for OB fun

Fantastic stay. Cozy with a fireplace downstairs. Pretty ocean view deck accommodating the pelicans and rainbows upstairs. 5 blocks from everything. I'll be calling Tin for another stay sooner than later!

Peaceful!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The apartment was cozy, the view from the balcony was fantastic, and our overall experience was wonderful. Tim was a gracious host and very personable. We are hoping to come back to San Diego and if we do, we would definitely stay here again!

Perfect

Everything was perfect!! Location was great. Close to all the attractions. We rented a car but didn't have to drive it a lot. Able to walk to downtown OB with no problem. Farmer market on Wednesday evening was awesome. We saw some beautiful sunsets .Tim was very welcoming. We would seriously consider renting again from Tim.
