Sweet host

We were greeted by a wonderful host Isabel - she was very friendly and helpful. The woman in the front desk was great and very accommodating.

Très bel immeuble de l exterieur

Appartement vraiment bien situé et aussi calme mais par contre sale toile d araignée je me demande si je ménage a été fait avant que l’on arrive j’en doute !!!!!!

GREAT location and very large apartment.

The apartment was just we were looking for. Nice size, in a nice secure neighborhood, close to Metro and many amenities near by. Having said that, the carpeting was dirty. (also to the point of being unhealthy). The bathroom was a great size, but the shower and tub needs some serious updating and cleaning, The WC although interesting needed updating as well, paint peeling etc. A little money spent by the owner could reap great rewards. The host and reception people could not have been more friendly or cooperative and readily responded to each and every question. Overall a great place to stay and great people to deal with. Merci.

Central et en même temps calme.

L'appartement bénéficie d'un excellent emplacement dans le Marais. Il fait partie d'un vieux mansion (Hôtel de Bonneval de 1825) en cours de restauration. L'appartement est au premier étage et donne sur une cour intérieure avec bassin et végétation. C'est comme une oasis, tranquillement séparée du quartier animé à l'extérieur. Nous avons passé quatre jours avec notre petit-fils - un très bon séjour à Paris. L'appartement est bien équipé avec tout ce dont nous avons besoin, bien qu'une modernisation soit souhaitable. Check in et out s'est bien passé. Merci à Guillaume et ses collaborateurs. Nous pouvons recommander cet endroit à d'autres et nous reviendrons volontiers à une autre occasion.
