INITIAL SUPPLIES - UPON ARRIVAL
Panhandle Getaways furnishes a few essential items for guests to utilize until they can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom and one paper towel roll in the kitchen. All bed linens and towels are provided. We encourage guests to bring beach towels for use at the pool and beach.

The shores of Panama stay.

Everything was wonderful. It was a beautiful condo, and everything to do was close by. We loved it and will definitely be back again. Only downside was the elevator wait, but that was expected with how large the place was.

Fun college spring break spot

The actual unit we stayed in was nice, clean, and ready for us when we arrived. The check-In process is kind of a pain if your not 25+ years old (we had to go to a different hotel to show our license, and then we’re given the doorcode and info about our hotel). The pool is ice cold and not many people go in it, which is unfortunate. This place is in a nice location, pineapple Willy’s right next door, good beach location, lots of college kids, etc. If you have a tall truck or SUV be aware of the ceiling height in parking garage (it is quite low). Overall a great place to stay and would recommend staying here.

Great location, not great housekeeping

We arrived to our unit to find the previous stay's items in the bathroom and the mirror missing from the master bathroom. The floors were not cleaned - I was told I had "high expectations". The housekeeping manager was one of the rudest individuals I have ever spoken to. The location of the property is great. The pool is great. All of my issues could be easily resolved but it wasn't handled properly.

Condo itself was very nice and clean, very roomy, nice view. beautiful resort, pool was way too cold to swim in, ocean was actually warmer, 50+ Kids in the hot tub, so we never were able to enjoy that. They only have 3 sets of elevators for the entire complex. Sometime had to wait 15-20min for a elevator. We even climbed 17 flights to get to our room a few times. Very inconvenient to unload luggage or groceries!
