We love East Hampton for the quality of the light and air. Maybe it's the ocean, maybe it's the farm fields, but there's something different and special out there. East Hampton has has beaches ranked top in the world. The bay beaches are a well known secret. We love to grill on the deck, and shop at great local fish markets.
What makes this House unique
Outdoor fun includes pool, hammock, table tennis, cornhole, and bocci balls. And a slack line is available. Indoor fun includes piano, netflix, and board games.

East Hampton
Communication with property owner was great! He was quick to respond to all of my questions. House was ok. It definitely could have been cleaner...used razors in showers, floors could have used a good mopping, ceiling fans had layer of dust on them. The pool was large, but the pool liner is falling down in parts of the pool and the surrounding deck has many lose boards and nails sticking up. (Gave us splinters). Overall it really is a nice house, but just needs to be cleaned more thoroughly. Also, house didnt come with beach parking permit which was a big issue for us.

Beach parking permits are available at the town clerks office; bring your car’s registration to secure the permit.
Great vibe for a restful family vacation
The property welcomes you immediately. Enormous ceilings in the living room provide a large open space and the country kitchen allows for groups small and large. All of this overlooking a beautiful deck and pool area through a series of glass sliding doors. The backyard has a trampoline and a hammock that became a good friend to me.
The bedrooms are spacious with plenty of storage and the basement has anything you might need for the beach. It also happens to be kept very dry which I happen to appreciate. Also the wifi is great as we were able to stream music and video.
Clean, large, welcoming home in East Hampton
My girlfriends and I rented this house for the month of July, and were so impressed by its cleanliness and space. It is very close to the East Hampton town and just a drive from the beaches. There are 4 bedrooms and additional sleeping room on futons and couches, making it a great summer getaway. The homeowner does a great job of staying in touch with the tenants and making sure the house is welcoming and ready for a rental. There are plenty of sheets, towels, and a washer and drier in a very large basement. I highly recommend this property and would certainly return.

Great Place!
Had a special occasion coming up for my wife and wanted to treat her to something nice. A week away would be the perfect idea. Decided to look for a rental in east Hampton and came upon this gem. From start to finish the trip / house was amazing. The home is very clean and spacious. The owner was very helpful / accommodating and answered questions promptly. The pool was a dream, heated, clean and refreshing :-). There is a great town around 15 minutes from the home and lots of beach options. To say I was satisfied would be an understatement. We will look to book again next summer
