In the Master there is a California king bed with with an en-suite bathroom with double sink, shower and bathtub. Bedroom 2 has a a queen bed. Bedroom 3 has a double bed. Bedroom 4 currently has a baby crib, however we can also set-up either a double size airbed or a foam mattress on the ground, which would be good for kids. All beds are memory foam Temperpedic. There is a billiard table in the entertainment room and a large high HDTV in the family room, as well as a smaller one in the Master. San Diego climate is perfect all year round with lots of sunshine. The property is located in the exclusive and peaceful North County area, in the heart of the rolling hills near Escondido, the avocado capital of the world, and one of the sunniest cities in America. Easy access to Interstate 15 is just down the hill. Also visit the beach side communities of Carlsbad, Oceanside, Encinitas, Del Mar, just a short distance away or San Diego city just 30 minutes south. Los Angeles is one hour north and the desert in the mountains are also within an hour or so away.
