This home has 4 Bedroom, 3 baths, a large well equipped kitchen and dining area, it also has two living areas for relaxing or watching TV and a washer and dryer . The house has a great location just blocks from all the downtown attractions. Stay here and walk to the Hot Springs, Spas, Shops and several great restaurants.

Pagosa Springs offers year round activities; snow skiing and dog sledding in the winter, camping, hiking and fly fishing in the summer, just to name a few. And no matter what time of year you can always enjoy the Hot Springs and spas around town.

We loved this "Farm House". That's what the grandkids called it

The owner went OUT OF HIS WAY, to see to it that we had a wonderful trip. We had to go up a day early (a snow storm was headed to Wolf Creek Pass), and not only did he accommodate us with the extra night, he gave us a big discount for the extra night. When does that ever happen? Pretty much, NEVER. We got a QUICK response when we needed to ask a question or 2. The house is very big, and the kitchen has everything you need. Lots of parking, comfortable beds, and the home is very well heated. WE HOPE TO GO BACK next year.

Perfect Family getaway

We had an amazing stay. Brad the owner was amazing and helpful. There was so much to do within walking distance. It was perfect for our family.

Comfortable and roomy

House was everything we needed! Was the most stocked house I’ve ever stayed. Out of the 10 of us, we all had plenty of space. Everything was clean, nice and cozy. Would definitely stay here again!

Comfortable home for a large family gathering

House had sufficient play areas for young children to play and quiet spaces for those who didn't want to play. Kitchen was fully furnished and the on demand hot water heater was wonderful for 10 persons all requiring showers.
