"Clean and modern downstairs level condo, perfect for couple and small groups. Walking distance to the beach break, close to yoga and pilates. Located in a residential area, away from the dust and noise from main roads, but easy driving to town. This is an affordable option for those who want to spend time surfing, doing yoga and get to know the magical Nosara. These are 4 separate private units, located in complex each condo has: two spacious bedrooms, two bathrooms, nice balcony/terrace, fully equipped kitchen, living room, TV, a/c, shared pool. You will be able to see monkeys from the balcony , lots of birds, and wildlife in the mornings."

Simple, functional place 10 min to beach. 1 of 4 condo units

Key points - 4 units in 2 buildings - 2 upper and 2 lower units; 1 or 2 flights stairs accordingly - shared pool bit lower in common area - Understand units have similar layout - 2 bedroom. 1 master queen? and bathroom, 1 room with 2 double beds, kitchen/living area and outside deck - We stayed in lower unit - recommend upper unit. We had a great deal of sound from upstairs - seemed to move a lot of furniture at odd hours...(Mgmt - may help to put something on feet of furniture - AC worked well in all rooms - Kitchen had sufficient materials for cooking for a family - water pressure in shower limited and not much heat (but not really a problem) - basic soap, shampoo, etc included - bedding and towels good quality - as expected, some bugs, mostly ants but fairly unavoidable - occasional power and water outages in town - around 10 min walk to beach - very dusty in dry season, some hills on the way - many great restaurants nearby. French bakery is shockingly good - rent a 4x4 - most any driving will require gravel roads, some mud, occasional river crossing (even in dry season)

Zen Birdnest

Amazing property, amazing location and wonderful host (Daniella at Alba). We were greeted by a pack of howler monkeys on our arrival and could hear them in the trees every morning and evening. The house was perfect for our family of three and we really appreciated the privacy created by the lush palm trees in the courtyard. Can't wait to come back!

Nice condo and a beautiful setting

Had a great stay overall. Though a 10 minute walk to beach the condo was in a beautiful quiet setting. Loved the layout of the condo and it was clean. Main complaint is I expect some bugs but there seemed to be a bit more than previous places we’ve stayed in Nosara. I mentioned it to the property manager and they responded right away that they will look into it. They were good about communicating throughout our stay. Overall nice time and I would stay at it again.

Looks just like the photos!

The place was very comfortable and the air conditioning worked GREAT! The pool looked a little green when we got there, we never went swimming but there were others there enjoying it. It could use a toaster and a new coffee machine... it took forever to make one cup of coffee. Overall it was a good place to stay and very clean!

Nice villa

We stayed before in this place. It has improved in the property management attentiveness. It was very welcoming. I love the fruits, chips & coffee they gave us as a welcome present. The place was perfect for our family of 4. Short driving distance to the beach. The property manager was very accesible and responsive.
