Elegant and luxurious duplex penthouse newly renovated in the center of Seville. The apartment is superb and exceptional finishes. It is large (160m2), very bright, modern design and elegant furnished. It has air conditioning and central heating, wooden floors and high ceilings with fans. Despite having a central location is very peaceful and quiet due to the double glazed windows, which insulate it from the outside. The terrace is a perfect place to unwind after a long day of sightseeing. It has a dining table and 2 loungers for sunbathing.

It is distributed in 2 levels: On the ground floor are the living room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Upstairs, the master double bedroom, 1 bathroom and terrace. In the living room you can be installed 2 extra beds, on request.

Its location is perfect for sightseeing tour of the city, as it is in the center, just several minutes andandando of the main monuments (Cathedral, Alcazar, City Hall, Archive of the Indies, Museum of Fine Arts, Plaza de Toros Maestranza, etc). The car is unnecessary, since almost all visits can be made on foot.

In the area there are many restaurants and tapas bars, both traditional Spanish and Andalusian food, as international food. There are also live flamenco in theaters near the apartment. There are several public car parks, as well as several quality supermarkets and a shopping mall nearby. The main shops of clothes, shoes and souvenirs are just minutes away.

Its location is perfect for FAIR SEVILLA, since it is only 4 minutes walk from the bullring Real Maestranza.

Loved our Stay!

We had the best time in Seville. The apartment is really exceptional-spacious, comfortable and beautiful, we loved it. It is in a great location with restaurants and activity nearby, but close walking distance to the old town center and Cathedral. What really made it great was the owner and manager Maria. She is so friendly and helpful, with great recommendations for activities and dining. It really made our stay enjoyable. Thanks Maria

Beautiful, spacious and well located apartment

My family of six stayed in this apartment for 5 nights over Easter 2018.

My partner and I had stayed in Seville previously and loved it. As a result, we wanted to introduce the city to my sister and her family.

The apartment is in a great location, close enough to the centre but a little outside the main tourist drag. It is a 10-15 minute walk to the Cathedral/Alcazar and a further 10 mins from Plaza Espana.

There are plenty of great restaurants nearby....all within walking distance. Casa Carmen, El Pimenton and La Casa Del Tesorero to name a few....the latter is well worth a visit if you want a break from tapas or paella.

The apartment is well equipped and spacious enough not to be on top of each other. The roof terrace was a great place to chill and catch a bit of sun after a day of walking.

Maria and Javier were great hosts. Maria met us at the condo and explained about the apartment and provided general information about Seville. She also went out and bought a new hairdryer as soon as we informed her that the existing one was broken (thanks Maria....not sure Seville was ready for my frizzy hair without it). Nothing was too much trouble.

My nephew and sister said it was their best city break yet.

We will be back,

Fabulous stay in Seville

We cannot say enough about our stay in Seville. María was so lovely,kind and helpful. The apartment is lovely and spacious and well appointed and bright. Absolutely loved it. It was also centrally located,we could walk to just about anything and there were so many restaurants and grocery stores close by. Plus if needed bus stop and taxi stands right there. María was always available if needed and had a taxi waiting on our departure plus she was there to assist. Loved Seville and loved “our home” In Seville and that is what it felt like. Thank you María and your brother for providing such lovely accommodations. We WILL be back

A wonderful place to stay in Sevilla

I rented this condo with my husband and another couple. We loved the condo, the location, and working with the owners. They were very flexible and gracious and went the extra step of helping us with some travel issues we had. They were also very willing to give suggestions and guidance on what to see and do in Sevilla. It was perfect.

Well appointed apartment in a central location.

The apartment is centrally located and well-appointed. Our family of five had a very pleasant stay over the Christmas holiday. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. The beds were comfortable. The living area had plenty of comfortable seating for all of us and the kitchen was nicely equipped. Javier is an excellent host and was readily available to answer any questions. I highly recommend this for your next vacation in lovely Sevilla!

The apartamento'está located in one of the best areas in the historical center of the city, El Arenal, just 5 minutes walk from the Cathedral. All major attractions (Cathedral, Alcazar, Torre del Oro, Town Hall, Museum of Fine Arts, Plaza de Toros de la Maestranza, Torre del Oro, Guadalquivir River) are a few minutes walk, so use car is unnecessary.

Arenal market is just 100 meters away. The famous bridge of Triana. from which you have a magnificent view over the river Guadalquivir, it is only 150 meters. In it you can practice water activities like kayaking and rowing. Also, you can take a leisurely boat ride on the river, with views of the city on both sides. Nearby is the starting point for buses 2 floors for the guided tour of the city. It also boats for a walk along the river.

The area is very safe and has many restaurants, tapas bars of Spanish cuisine and traditional Andalusian and international top brand shops, supermarkets, car parks, cinemas, theaters with live flamenco shows.

The apartment location is strategic to spend Easter and admire the famous processions of Seville, whose official must travel is very close. Some well-known of them (Esperanza de Triana, Puppy, Museum, Star, among others) literally go next, you can see it even from the terrace.

The location is also very good to attend the Fair of Seville bullring with just 5 minutes walk.
