Cozy, remodeled, 3bedroom/2bathroom home in quiet, safe residential, central area. Spacious, secure, fenced backyard in canyon w/ shaded patio and bbq. Clairemont gets more sunshine w/o marine fog at beach & easier parking than congested areas (beach, condo complexes, dense downtown). Near major Highways so Mission Bay Park, SeaWorld, Beaches (OB, MB, PB, La Jolla), Zoo, Balboa Park, an assortment of grocery stores/shops, and many pubs/restaurants are easily accessible.

The home and entire property is pet-free and non-smoking (inside and outside). There is Wi-Fi, but no TV. Whether you enjoy relaxing and having a meal on the raised patio or value a bit of hiking around the property to catch views from the backyard hill, the home offers a spacious, secure, private fenced backyard in a quite canyon with many lush gardens and different levels of scenery.

The house is located in a safe, quaint cul-de-sac along canyon trails ideal to explore via hiking and mtn. biking. Many banks, shops (Target, Bakeries, Home Depot, Marshals, and grocery stores (Sprouts, Vons, Ranch 99, Balboa International Market) are within a 1-2 mile drive. There are numerous restaurants and pubs to choose from also a 5-minute drive away.

Great Vacation Rental!

We had a party of 4 adults and 3 children under 8 years old. The property was great for that group with plenty of room and a great back yard. It was also very close to other family members. We highly recommend this property.

Greetings, I am a single man and seasoned San Diegian since the 1980s, who loves to recreate and enjoys the outdoors, particularly all types of bike riding, kayaking, scuba diving, and hiking. My other passions are cooking, gardening, social dancing, enjoying meals with friends, and rich conversations. I believe you also will appreciate the lovely home in a safe, secure, friendly cul-de-sac neighborhood that gets much more sun and far less traffic than the beach communities. My experience and philosophy is simply to be available if needed, yet provide guest their space and privacy. Accidents happen, esp. when kids are involved; I am an understanding person. I truly desire that your stay is an amazing, hassle-free experience, intended to be concentrated on friends, family, recreating, and building fond memories. That what I would desire on my vacation!

Why they chose this property

This has always been an absolutely non-smoking and pet-free home that folks appreciate. You'll appreciate relaxing on the raised patio in the morning while enjoying the singing birds or views from the backyard hill. It is a spacious, secure, private fenced backyard in a quite canyon with many lush gardens and different levels of scenery, including a view of SeaWorld fireworks display in distance. A partially-shaded patio with bbq and amble seating for a small group is great for outdoor meals, appreciating a cool canyon breeze, many birds, and occasional wildlife (lizards, rabbits, possums, and possible raccoon).

The house is located about 15-20 minute drive away from SD Airport and downtown, centrally located in the city. It is near all major Freeways (Hwy 5, Hwy 8, Hwy 805, Hwy 15, Hwy 163, Hwy 52).

The home and entire property is pet-free and non-smoking (inside and outside). There is Wi-Fi, but no TV; hopefully you have come to recreate and enjoy SD's beautiful scenery and mild climate.
