Each bedroom has it's own bathroom as does the family room. This home is impeccably maintained and lovingly furnished and decorated. This home does feature antiques and fine touches so not encouraging partying crowds,. This home best suits multiple families with well cared for children. Cole Pond is a fully enabled home. Bring your personal belongings and get ready to enjoy the absolute finest Southern Vermont has to offer.

One of a kind

This home is truly unique. The location, the feel, the space and decor. It was beautiful, comfortable and special. We spent Thanksgiving here and will remember it fondly. Lake views from just about every room in the house. The annex had a separate entrace, perfect for my father to escape to some quiet. Check in and check out was seamless. The home accomodated two families comfortably and was about a 10 minute drive to Stratton. I feel lucky to have been able to stay here.

VT getaway with friends

We had a terrific stay at the house on Cole Pond. The property was clean and well kept, and the area is absolutely gorgeous. We especially loved getting out on the pond in the kayaks available to guests! A wonderful place to get away for some peace and quiet, and time to reconnect.

The pictures are very accurate of the listing. Nicole is so easy to talk to and very supportive on your trip. She is one of the best! I will definitely be coming back to stay here when we are back in VT!

Very comfortable / lovely location!

The house is lovely and very well equipped! We enjoyed ourselves very much!! - - Note that they have kayaks and a paddle board but you will not be able to bring your own due to restrictions on the pond. This was ok for us but it would have been good to know in advance. Also note that the listing is slightly confusing in terms of bedrooms and how they work. There are two bedrooms w/ en suite baths. There is another "all purpose room" that can be a bedroom with an ensuite bath, and then there is a small room w/ 2 single beds, and an upstairs 3rd floor room with a double bed. Those two rooms use a bathroom on the second floor. All are comfortable and fine but it's helpful to know if everyone is a couple. - - Communication with the owner was great and we hope to return at some point!
