Manque de propreté et literie inconfortable

Un appartement avec beaucoup de potentiel, une très belle vue, une bonne situation géographique (proche plage et tous commerces), mais quelle déception à notre arrivée quand nous constatons que le ménage a été peu ou pas fait du tout. Le lit de la mezzanine n’est qu’un sommier posé au sol très inconfortable. Les écoulements des 2 salles de bain ne se font pas correctement, nous l’apprenons à notre arrivée ce qui est peu ragoûtant. Pour faire un ménage convenable à la sortie il faudrait aussi du matériel en état de marche or l’aspirateur déjà rafistolé a rendu l’âme une seconde fois.

Bémols sur la clim et le stationnement

L’appartement est bien situé car à -100 mètres de la plage, il est fonctionnel mais quelques bémols. Duplex au 3eme étage, la partie nuit sur la photo est dans les combles il y fait hyper chaud, un climatiseur portatif hyper bruyant dont le tuyaux évacue par le Velux et la chaleur rentre à l’intérieur. 2eme climatiseur portatif dans partie jour en dessous, nous avons préféré dormir sur le clic clac mais n’avons pu nous reposer de la semaine car l’appareil est hyper bruyant et pas le choix. Le stationnement est aussi un pbm car peu de places non payantes autour de l’église en face, et le parking à la gare située à 100 mètres sur les hauteurs devient payant a/c 1er août. La région est très belle mais ne vous attendez pas à dormir car il fait chaud et les appareils sont bruyants (=même bruit que l’aspirateur). Cela n’était pas indiqué dans l’annonce ni communiqué par téléphone et c’est très important.

L'appartement est idéalement situé très proche des commerces et de la plage, très bien conçu et confortable, une vue magnifique, un très bon accueil.

Apparemment spacieux, très bien équipé et très bien situé à deux pas de la mer, des commerces et des restos, bars... On a passé un séjour idéal fin septembre. On recommande vivement.
