Private luxury living and entertaining is front and center here. Stunning views of Winter Park Ski Area across the valley. Need a day off from skiing or other outdoor activities? Curl up in front of a crackling fire on the lush leather sofa with a glass of wine and a good book. Hiking and mountain biking in the summer are right outside the door, with world class golf nearby. Want to entertain? Cook for a crowd in our professional grade gourmet kitchen stocked with equipment and even a full set of spices to help with ad hoc cooking plans. The huge, south facing deck makes outdoor cooking and entertaining easy with a large table and umbrella for six, plus commercial gas grill. Home sleeps 9 in beds across 4 bedrooms/3 full baths.

Lower level you will find a garage for 1 vehicle, ski closet, room with bunk bed (single bed on top of a queen bed), a small sofa with a TV and en-suite bathroom. Middle level a beautiful deck with a great view, large living room, fire place, TV, dining table and Kitchen. Two large rooms with queen bed each, shareable bathroom in hallway, and a laundry room. Upper level you will find a work place and primary bedroom with King bed and a spacious en-suite bathroom.

Strategically located central to Winter Park Ski Resort, Pole Creek Golf Course, Ski Granby Ranch, Devil's Thumb Ranch and Spa, and YMCA Snow Mountain Ranch. Also easy day trips to Rocky Mountain National Park and Grand Lake. Finally, it might seem like a small thing but our location is on county plowed roads and the driveway is large and flat.

Winter Park Resort is just 14 miles away so you can enjoy it with family. In the Resort includes the lifts for skiing/boarding/mountain biking, snow tubing, hiking, ice skating, shopping, dining, scheduled entertainment, and other attractions including several summer activities. The swimming pool and gym are just 9.3 miles away at the Grand Park Rec Center with multiple swimming pools, a waterslide, full gym with indoor track, huge rock climbing wall, gymnasium, and children's playground. The Foundry is next door to the Rec Center with a bowling alley, movie theater and brick oven pizza bar. Safeway grocery store is 7.6 miles away at Fraser or City Market its 9 miles away at Granby.

Nightly rate is based on occupancy up to 8 people. An Additional charge of $15 per person per night applies for more than 8 guests. (will be added when we confirm the reservation)

We strongly encourage guest traveling to Grand County to keep up with the latest updates regarding fire restrictions in our area. WE DO NOT ALLOW ANY OPEN FIRE ON PROPETY UNLESS IT IS PROPANE FIREPITS. Use of propane BBQ is allowed.

Great Ski Trip to Winter Park
The house was perfect for our family. There were 8 couples. We had plenty of room and it was a nice quiet place away from all the people. We had some great family time.

Absolutely beautiful
The cabin was absolutely beautiful and spacious and buried in the mountains! We had a great time watching the snow fall, cooking dinner and playing games. The kitchen was well stocked with all you need to cook meals!
