Heated Pool ( no extra charge for heat) This wonderful 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom home can sleep 9 people, so 2 families can share the home if needed. Nice open floor plan with multiple seating areas. Beautiful outdoor living/seating area with an in-ground pool. House also has a 2 car, air-conditioned garage with washer and dryer.
The main part of the house is perfect for entertaining, especially for larger families. Living room has a 60" LED HD TV. Room provides direct access outside to the pool. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances (fridge, dishwasher, sink, microwave, oven), a wine fridge, an island w/ additional seating and all the equipment needed to prepare, cook and eat your meals! Enjoy your meals in the dining room (table seats 6), at the breakfast bar or at the outside tables. The backyard features an in-ground pool and a beautiful living/seating area as well as a view of the lake. There is a propane grille for your outside cooking needs.

Master bedroom has a queen bed with beautiful attached full bathroom with custom tiled walk in shower. Bathroom has direct access to the garage (where washer and dryer are located). Large closet and a 42" HD TV.
Second bedroom features a queen bed, large closet and lots of natural light. This room has a 37" HD TV.

Third bedroom is great for kids! It contains 2 bunkbeds and sleeps 4 people with room for a twin air mattress (supplied). Large closet. The sitting area features a sofa as well as a day bed that can be easily used as a overnight bed. Second bathroom is centrally located in the house and features a tub/shower combo. The house also features super fast Wi-Fi with 100upload/100download.
House has an alarm system and fire alarm hooked up directly to the fire department as well as security cameras located in the front and back of the home for your protection and our home.
Our home has everything you will need for your stay, all kitchen equipment to cook, eat and prepare your meals. Keurig coffee machine, toaster oven, waffle maker, blender, indoor & outdoor plates and cups, etc. All linens, towels, blankets and pillows are supplied. Bring your clothes and you are all set! We also include beach supplies! Chairs, cooler, umbrellas, blanket, etc. This is in a quiet residential neighborhood with long established neighbors. Less than 2 miles from Manatee Ave and Cortez Rd, both main roads leading to the beaches and full of shopping and restaurants.

Perfect!!!

The house was beautiful and so comfortable. Had everything we needed and some! The entire experience was just perfect. There were a few minor things that needed fixed and they had maintenance there very quickly. Location was great too everything was within 25 minutes. Beautiful beaches. Ashley was great and I look forward to going back!!!

Wonderful experience!

After two days of travel we arrived late at night to find cereal, milk, juice, and most importantly coffee already in the kitchen! We had a problem half way through our stay with the a/c that was addressed within immediately and to our satisfaction. Ashley, property manager, was wonderful to work with. We would definitely stay again!

Great place!!!

This was the second year we have stayed at this property and we have already booked for next year. Very comfortable house. The owner and the property manager are great. Love the location and neighborhood.

We are Linda and Jeff and this is our winter home, we have family in the Bradenton area and have been coming down to the area during the winter months. We finally decided to purchase a home for our family. Gianna who is Linda's sister is actually the house manager and will take care of you while you are down there. We have 7 children together and the house is great for kids as one of the rooms has 2 sets of bunk beds and even an extra inflatable mattress.Both of us own our own businesses and we also have a Airbnb on our Property up in RI where we live most of the year. We welcome you to our winter home.

Why they chose this property

Lindas Dad and sister have lived in Bradenton for over 30 years, starting in 2015 we started coming down for the winters, we would either stay in our RV or rent a home. in 2017 we decided to look for a home since we knew we would be coming down each year for 2-3 months we started looking for a home, after seeing the photo of the kitchen we sent someone (Gianna, who is Linda's sister and the house manager, you will meet her) over to the house, she told us how nice it was, we put in a bid without even seeing the home in person and then next thing you know it was ours. We still have not stayed in the house and we have had it up on the rental market since the day we closed and families have been enjoying it since then and we are excited to have you spend time with your friends and family in the house as well.

What makes this property unique

This house is very centrally located with in Bradenton close to the beaches, shopping, dining, the major highways, the airport, lots of museums, and touristy things to do. It is an EXTREMELY quiet neighborhood with maybe 1 other rental property on the block, most are all owner occupied homes. We have though of everything for you at the house that you wil need for a one week stay or a multiple month stay. If not let us know and if possible we will get it. (no we are not buying you a new car to get about town with :) Since I personally travel all the time for work, Wifi is very important to me and I have stayed in places with horrific wifi we have installed very fast wifi 100/100. The kitchen is designed and outfitted to be used, to cook, bake, make drinks, enjoy meals with the whole family and to have dinner parties. The outside area is a wonderful place for you and your kids to have a great time in the pool or to just hang out and relax. The bedrooms are very comfortable and roomy. Since we envisioned families with children as well we have one of the bedrooms with 2 sets of bunk beds so 4 people can sleep in that room, with room on the floor for a inflatable mattress (which we also have for you if needed).
