Got to location, only to have it double booked

He Gave back our money, it took a couple of days to get the money back into our bank account, We found out 2 hours before check in that the room was double booked after driving 15 hours. Its a good thing i emailed him asking if we could get an early check in, wondering if he would of let us know at all prior to arrival

Very nice

This condo is right in the middle of awesome Miramar Beach ,it is very clean and nicely furnished looks newly painted and it’s very welcoming and relaxing ...in walking distance to great restaurants and beaches . The outside parking area is going to undergo changes ... stairs could be a problem for some ,,,I for one would definitely rent this again

Andrew’s place was great. Clean, airy and equipped with everything. He even leaves you chocolates.

The condo was the perfect size and the location was great. He even has a new beach access. Just steps away from one of the most beautiful beaches we have seen. We were there for a month and it was hard to come back to the cold. Andrew was great and was quick to help or answer questions. We will stay there again. The only reason we didn’t give 5 stars is because the building owner needs to work on the outside of the building and the grounds Also needs to install an elevator or a ramp. Those stairs are tough to climb every day.

Great place for a couples getaway

Andrew was a great host and his place was just what we needed while at the beach! He had towels and chairs and other beach items which was a pleasant surprise. The king size bed was very comfortable and there were plenty of extra blankets and pillows. All in all this is a great place to vacation and we will be back!
