Manque de propreté

Excellent accueil par Evelyne ( ce n'est pas la propriétaire) et bonne communication au cours du séjour. Dommage, c'est une maison qui a un bon potentiel, mais qui manque sérieusement d'entretien. Pelouse non tondue à notre arrivée, portail inutilisable ( juste bricolé par le propriétaire), de graves lacunes dans la propreté de la vaisselle, des chaises en skaï qui ont plus que vécues, bonde de salle de bain plus que sale,etc... Nous avons envoyé des photos de ces constats au propriétaire, qui nous a répondu que pour la vaisselle, il fallait mettre de côté celle qui était sale et choisir dans ce qui était propre??? et, preuve de sa mauvaise foi, nous a affirmé que l'état des chaises étaient " le résultat de personnes qui ne respectent pas le matériel". Honnêtement, seule la vétusté justifiait l'état des chaises. Nous n'y retournerons pas et ne la conseillerons en aucun cas.

Lovely little house close to best beaches on Noirmoutier

Freddy met us on arrival and showed us round the property. It was very well equipped with everything we needed including bikes and washing machine and dish washer, photos dont do it justice! Lovely little garden to sit out in, 5 mins walk to Vieil and local beaches, 10 mins cycle to Noirmoutier and Plage des Dames. Great locaction and very attentive hosts - we hope to return next summer !
