Large 5 bedrooms charming family home with 3 bathrooms. 20 minutes to central and 10 minutes to Stratford from local tube station. Quality restaurants, cafes, pubs and supermarkets locally. Safe, quite, green and posh family area of London which was ranked within top 10 best places to live in Great Britain by Sunday Times. Children play area and traditional garden.
Satellite/Sky TV & Wifi. Off Street Parking for 3 Cars.
Central Line tube/metro runs frequently to midnight - 24 hours on Friday and Saturday night (it is not infrequent traditional train!! serving many parts of London).

Detailed: Very spacious & quiet character family home with amazing aspect overlooking greenery in a very desirable and safe London location. Very well connected to heart of London via tube/metro and if driving to motorway network via North Circular (A406). Closest tube station is South Woodford on Central line and it is about 8 to 10 minutes walk. Central line is red line on tube map, train is every couple of minutes and route takes you direct to Oxford Street, St Paul's and Hyde Park. Central line runs 24 hours on Friday and Saturday night.

Property is full of character with its own traditional English rose garden and children play area. This luxurious property is mostly on one floor making it perfect for children and older guests. Wanstead is one of few conservation areas in London with many unique going out opportunities walking distance from home.

Guests will have exclusive use of whole property and complete privacy. We are accessible easily via WhatsApp or phone. If guests not familiar with UK or London can provide guidance and help on arrival to make London as enjoyable as possible.

This is our family home and we welcome other families or group of grown ups to use it to enjoy London. Neighbourhood is very quiet and family oriented. As such noise or drunken behaviour will be unacceptable.

Belle et vaste maison fonctionnelle située idéalement à 20mn du centre de Londres

Belle maison de charme anglais aux vastes proportions pour 8 personnes dans très be. Très belles prestations avec terrasse et beau jardin. couchages jusqu'à 10 personnes. On s'y sent très bien. Située entre Stansted et Londres centre. 10mn à pieds de la station de métro, ceux -ci sont très fréquents pour Londres (central Line) , supérette sur le trajet très pratique, pubs à proximité. Propriétaires charmants et très réactifs. Procédures d'entrée et de sortie très simple. Nous étions 9 adultes, c'était parfait.

best family home

This was a fantastic place to be. we shared our rooms as when we were kids, a family gathering without distractions. 3 bathrooms, wow, never had so many when we were kids so no bickering and scolding... Cooking to our own delight, and able to do it with the kitchen and utensils supplied. And what a garden, peaceful and tranquil, then of course, we were too big for the slide. The pear blossom is out which means that whoever gets the house in the late autumn will have a feed of pears just waiting to be plucked... and what a delightful landlord, I certainly recommend a stay in this wonderful home.

Family vacation getaway

The house worked perfectly for my husband and I and our children and grandchildren. Half mile walk to the tube, safe neighborhood, off street parking, back yard space, it was great. Hosts were wonderful, greeted us on arrival and provided essential stables as well as directions to supermarkets and local dining options. Would definitely stay again.

Cumplen perfectamente expectativas: Casa grande para usarla de base en visita a Londres.

En contacto por wasap con los propietarios para coordinar la llegada, todo salió perfecto. Equipamiento, calefacción y baños muy correctos, sin lujos. Colchones normales y suficientes. Nos dejó comida y desayuno para no salir corriendo a comprar. Muy amables. Recibimos la visita de un zorro que durmió en el jardín. Sorprendente experiencia 10 minutos de caminata hasta una parada de metro de la línea Central (zona 4) muy buen conectada con todas las demás. En 25 minutos en el centro. En 40 minutos máximo en cualquier parada de Londres. Junto a la estación hay bares y supermercados. Pero no es para quedarse ahí a hacer vida. Dejaron paraguas de cortesía. Menos mal. Limpieza muy buena, hablando de Londres... Solo tiene moqueta en el dormitorio de arriba que usaron las niñas, cosa que nos gustó. Para 10 personas caben fácil. Repetiría en otro viaje sin duda.

Great venue close to the city with good connetion

The venue is really a nice place to stay with a garden in a quiet area of Woodford. It has a great connection to the central line which is only a few minutes walk. We have been there with 6 people for a week and really enjoyed it. 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a huge living room made it very comfortable to stay and everything was clean and in order. Thumbs up to Rana and Angelina !!!

We are a professional couple husband works for a large global investment bank in risk management and wife works for UK National Health Service as a surgical nurse. We are very international in our outlook as both of us grew up on different continents before meeting in London. We have children at primary and high school.

This is a very unique property for London. It is quite spacious for its location and has been furnished very tastefully. Further it has a traditional English garden so you can experience complete aspects of local life. We live at this property when not hosting so you can be assured everything is functional.

Very desirable area of London. Relax in a peaceful traditional neighbourhood while able to enjoy all the tourist, cultural and sightseeing London has to offer. Children play area and garden with ample parking.
