One of the Best Places We’ve Stayed

We travel full time, all over the country, and this place is one of the best we’ve stayed. It’s walking distance to downtown and the River Arts District. There are plenty of essentials (plates, bowls, TP) and amenities (washer, dryer, dishwasher). The house is modern and pretty. The one downside is the occasional upstairs wifi hiccup. It is great downstairs and at the provided desk, but if you have multiple people working and need different rooms to take meetings the person upstairs may temporarily lose connectivity. We worked around it fine, especially with tethering on our phones. The host was super responsive and generous. We would love to stay here again.

Wonderful home close to Downtown Asheville

This house was amazing and exceeded all of our expectations. Close to downtown. Also convenient to activities outside of Downtown. The house provided everything we needed while on vacation. Will definitely look at this house if we come back for a lengthy stay in Asheville with our kids!

Outstanding

Our experience was great. The house is full of unexpected amenities in every room. The kitchen had all the basic items needed to cook or clean. The bedrooms were filled with pillows and blankets. The bathrooms had towels and toiletries. What can I say but it was a house inviting us to sit , relax and enjoy Asheville. We did! We hope to return soon.

This location feels just a step off the beaten path - great for peace and quiet, yet still close to everywhere you'll want to be. Walkable to downtown, with Montford's tasty "All Day Darlin'" just up the street and the Montford Park Players Amphitheater tucked right around the corner. Lovely homes line the streets, making it a great place to take a walk or run and enjoy the scenery. Grocery stores and other everyday conveniences are a quick car ride away.

What makes this property unique

Bright and sunny, with off-street parking, a shady front porch, and a back deck with grill and seating for outdoor dining. We like to think we've thought of everything our guests might need to have a comfortable extended stay - if anything is missing, we want to know, so your feedback is welcome!
