Feel at home with all the kitchen essentials, washer and dryer and updated furnishings. House features stainless steel appliances, new flooring, new paint and new furnishings.

3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are spacious and comfortable for up to 8 guests. 1 king, 1 queen bed, 2 full over full adult size bunks and a sofa futon. Baby pack and play, twin mattress and toddler mattress are provided for your convenience. House has kid toys, beach toys, chairs and umbrella available to guests based on availability. Security is on the property. Subdivision has two pools, playground and a volleyball court.
House is equipped with smart devices: Nest, outdoor doorbell camera and smart lock for the convenience and security of our guests.

Lots of space!

This property was perfect for our family gathering to watch our son play in a World Series baseball tournament. We were conveniently located to everything we needed. The public beach access was easy to find and there were chairs, umbrellas and plenty of beach toys. The property was clean, and I loved having access to lots of towels and linens. I would recommend this property for big families!

Very Nice. Victoria is a wonderful hostess. The property is clean and well kept. Addresses issues very promptly. We notified her of a wasp nest on the the property and when we returned that evening she had it taken care of. Enjoyed our stay. We'll be back.

Mitchell vacation

We finally made a decision to purchase a rental property to give us an opportunity to enjoy more time together as a family. We hope you enjoy this home as much as we do. We always enjoyed coming to Panama City Beach. We love that this house is located in the middle of everything but yet it allows you to escape from deadlock traffic. It is really close to the beach and you don't need to struggle to find parking. Price is great.
