Marigold Cottage features an inviting family room with a large L-shaped sofa and a Smart TV, as well as a living room outfitted with a plush sofa, sofa chairs, and dual doors accessing the backyard and providing abundant natural light. Both of these spaces are cozy and perfect for you and your guests to relax after a day filled with fun activities.
The modern and spacious kitchen is the hub of this home and an ideal space to prepare delicious family meals! Fully equipped with everything you need to feel just like home, it also features a breakfast bar with high-top seating to gather relatives while cooking, or simply enjoy your coffee in the morning.
The dining room is outfitted with a large round table with seats for six, a nice space to share meals or have a game night with friends!
The two master suite bedrooms both have king-size beds with luxury linens, ceiling fans, Smart TVs, a lot of windows for natural light, and private full bathrooms for your convenience. There are two more bedrooms – one with a queen bed and Smart TV, and the other with two twin beds. Both have plush linens/ pillows and ceiling fans for absolute comfort.
The property also has a third full bathroom with a stand-up shower.

KITCHEN & DINING: The kitchen is fully equipped with a full stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave, and all your cookware including a drip style coffe pot. All your cutlery as well as tableware are stocked including spices (sugar, salt, pepper, olive oil).
PARKING: Private driveway and street parking. Note this home only has parking for TWO cars - no garage access. There are charging capabilities for electric vehicles.
CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT: Check-in is any time after 4 PM and check-out is any time before 11 AM. Early check-in or late check-out time may be available, please inquire about pricing at the time of booking.
POOL: Complimentary pool heating to 84 degrees during peak season (Jan - Mar). Settings to warmer temperature (87 degrees) is available upon request at a fee of $50 p/day with a 3 day minimum and $500 Maximum. No pool heating fees will be assessed for reservations of 30 days or more.
