Una settimana incantevole

Posizione, casa e servizi offerti corrispondenti alle aspettative. Tutto molto curato, ci ai sente a casa, ma in un posto meraviglioso. L'accoglienza è stata eccellente e per qualsiasi cosa Giuseppe, che gestiva la casa per conto del proprietario, era più che disponibile e celere nelle risposte. Un angolo di paradiso, grazie a David e a Giuseppe. La voglia di ritornarci è venuta appena lasciata la casa, quindi ci torneremo molto probabilmente per una prossima vacanza!

Posto ideale per rilassarsi

L'appartamento di recente costruzione, completo di tutto, sorge all'interno di un complesso residenziale molto ordinato, pulito e ben gestito. Io e mia moglie abbiamo apprezzato moltissimo la possibilità di utilizzare il giardino ad uso esclusivo. La vicinissima spiaggia libera, molto pulita e per nulla affollata, regala giornate di completo relax, permettendo di godere delle splendide acque del mar Jonio. E' stata una vacanza splendida. Grazie di cuore a Fione, David e Giuseppe.

Molto soddisfatti

La casa è comoda, accessoriata, pulita. La spiaggia libera, raggiungibile a piedi in circa 10 minuti, è ampia e con sabbia granulosa mista a sassi. Supermercato vicino, altri supermercati e negozi a Caulonia Marina. Il complesso di villette del quale fa parte questa proprietà è in una zona piuttosto isolata: soluzione adatta a chi cerca tranquillità.

Sehr schöne gepflegte Wohnung

Sehr schöne Anlage. Pool war ausser Betrieb, jedoch konnte man im Meer um diese Jahreszeit noch wunderbar schwimmen. Wohnung sehr sauber und gepflegt. Wohnung sehr schön hier. Kontakt war einwandfrei, sehr gute Kommunikation. Alles Bestens

Schönes Appartement in Strandnähe

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in Kalabrien in diesem Appartement wirklich genossen. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter David verlief sehr freundlich und ohne Probleme. Das Appartement ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet und bietet für 4 Personen ausreichend Platz. Der zugehörige Garten mit Grillplatz ist gepflegt kann natürlich genutzt werden. Der Strand liegt etwa 200 m vom Haus entfernt und ist sehr wenig besucht. Das Wasser ist kristallklar. Wer also seinen Standplatz nicht mit 1000 anderen Urlaubern teilen möchte, ist hier genau richtig. Der Ort Marina di Caulonia ist zu Fuss gut zu erreichen. Hier gibt es eine Vielzahl von Restaurants und kleineren Attraktionen für Kinder. Vielen Dank an David und wir kommen gerne wieder.
