FULLY REMODELED IN NOVEMBER 2020!!!
You will enjoy this 1 bedroom, 2 bath condo with nice views and spacious private balcony lanai. A new "home away from home" for the owners, they have installed new flooring, bought new furnishings, and spiffed this condo up nicely! Both baths were complete renovated in August 2018 and are just beautiful with a walk in shower in the master.

Kona Pacific offers many amenities including free assigned parking, elevators, beautiful pool and sun deck with ocean views and is located right at the edge of town. You may walk a short distance to several cafes, coffee shops, shopping & dining destinations or watch the seasonal festivities and parades on Alii Drive.

This condo has a king bed & a queen sofa bed in living area, accommodating 4 persons. Also, air conditioning, full kitchen and two full baths, a dining area inside and on the lanai.

From your vacation home, you can visit the countless attractions and activities on The Big Island of Hawaii. To name only a few, there are waterfalls, ATV tours, zip lines, bike and walking tours, a very active running community, and don't forget the volcano! Boredom is a world away from this tropical paradise.

Paradise VaCa

The condo location was perfect. The only issue we had, our doors did not lock and we were concern for our safety at 70 years old. However, the issue was addressed promptly. Our view of the ocean every morning was breathtaking. We will definitely be returning.

Loved this condo - will book again!

The listing was completely accurate - the condo is beautiful and well-appointed. Kitchen is fully-equipped, including a blender for frozen piña coladas :) The location is so convenient, nearly every night we wandered down to Coconut Grove Market, we also took in the luau at the Royal Kona, which is basically across the street. Having an assigned parking space is a nice.bonus. BBQ'ing on balcony is not allowed, but there are two BBQs located in the pool area. Til next time - mahalo!

Great location, excellent property!

Love staying in this complex. It’s conveniently located near downtown Kona, we walk everywhere! The unit itself was super clean, the bed was really comfy and we had everything we needed. Perfect for a couple or small family. We definitely will be back, thank you for the excellent stay!

Great condo

Husband and I stayed here 6 nights and loved it! It was well equipped and very comfortable. Beautiful granite and bathrooms. Would definitely stay here again. Communication before the trip had quick responses. Highly recommend!
