Totally remodeled it has plenty of room with a great layout for privacy and easy access to the pool deck - We are close to DISNEY/UNIVERSAL and other attractions, restaurants, grocery shopping etc. Upscale for rentals - 4 bedroom (1 King, 1 Queen and 2 twin bedrooms) with large lanai, swimming pool and spa (heating can be purchased), outdoor bar/refrigerator - great relaxing private views. We provide lots of kitchen essentials. Plenty of room to spread out with living room, large den, formal dining area, eat-in kitchen looking out at pool. Den with 56" Smart HDTV seats 8. Smart Televisions in all bedrooms and den. Nice yard area on golf course but safely away from golf balls. Pickle Ball and Tennis courts around the corner - We supply one set of golf clubs and Pickle Ball equipment. Great for walking and bike riding.
