Awesome experience!

We enjoyed our winter stay at this lovely condo. It’s as advertised. Exceptionally clean, kitchen well stocked with everything you’d possibly need, & great location within walking distance to Safeway grocery & several restaurants. Comfortable beds. There is plenty of room for family &/or friends to visit. Especially enjoyed the den’s coziness & the sunshine on the patio off the dining area while we were there in Jan & Feb! Owners readily available by text/phone for questions. Sue/Lenore, thank you for opening your condo to us!

I am a lifelong Detroit area who has been "wintering" in Arizona for almost 2 decades.

Why they chose this property

I purchased this condo when it was first built because of the great location to everything Scottsdale. It has a fabulous floor plan, with 2 nicely sized bedrooms, plus a den. The living room/dining room is large and comfortable, and the kitchen has a breakfast nook as well. There are two covered patios to enjoy beautiful Arizona nights. Plus, it includes a covered carport and a gated entry. The pool is large and there are BBQs right outside the pool area for the condo community to use. I never tire of walking out my front door and seeing the mountains. I have loved spending so many winters in this condo and I am sure you will enjoy it just as much.
