Enjoy all that a Vermont lakefront summer has to offer! Swimming, sunbathing, canoeing, kayaking, fishing, cycling, hiking, and more! Pictured is one of three contiguous summer cottages located directly on Lake Champlain on the Missisquoi Bay in West Swanton, Vermont.

Located on a private road, this cottage has 60 feet of lake frontage, and faces Lake Champlain to the west for great sunset views. Included in the rental fee is a 14-foot aluminum boat (which is registered for use with your motor) and a 50-foot dock. A 3600-pound capacity boat hoist is available for an extra fee. A public boat access is located less than one mile away. The beach is a mixture of sand and shale with a gradual drop-off, making it ideal for children. The cottage is just one hour from Montreal, four hours from Boston, and six hours from New York City.
