Apartment infront of the beach, situated on seafront (100 m until the beach only). Upper-class residential district.
There is a big park with slides and swings shared with the neighbours. From the terraces you can see the sea.
Furthermore, you can use a private parking space.
Inside the apartment there are five bedroom, most of them are very spacious and three of them have private bathroom. Three bedrooms have full beds, and two bedrooms have double twin beds. There is a kitchen, a living room, a dinning room, two extra bathrooms and three terraces.
There are kitchen and living equipment : towels, hairdryer, dishwasher, new toothbrush, shower gel, shampoo, washing detergents, silverware, dishes, vessels etc. But there are not salt or oil neither toothpaste due to hygiene reasons.
The neighborhood is very good, beside to the Forum and the AC, Hilton and Princess hotels. Also next to Diagonal Mar shopping center.
There is a line 4 metro station: Selva de Mar. There is also a tram station and a lot of bus stations; the 41 bus goes directly to the center of the city Plaza Catalunya. (5 minutes walking).
There is only 20 minutes from the apartment until the center of Barcelona ( Ramblas, Plaza Cataluña, Passeig de Gràcia..) by bus/metro; 15 minutes by car.
There is only 10 minutes until Olimpic Port by bus/metro; 5 minutes by car.
We live infront of this apartment, so we can help you if you need help or have any question.
A 200€ deposit is required. We will return it to you the last day if the apartment is ok.
We only accept bookings from persons for more than 25 years old. We do not accept reservations for more than 8 people.
For the Christmas period we only accept bookings of more than 7 nights and 6-8 guests.
For the summer period we only accept bookings of more than 9 nights and 6-8 guests.

Beautiful place, very spacious, quiet and close to the beach. Also, very close to Metro and Bus Turistico. Very clean and well stocked place great for big families and kids. My kids did not want to leave the place. Everything worked great and owners and their son is very quick to respond. Would very much recommend it! Stayed in July of 2017.
The Duplex apartment was more comfortable and beautiful than shown on the pictures. It was very spacious and the many bathroom was a plus! The view was spectacular. The walk to the beach was near. The public transportation is close by. The hop on and hop off tour bus stop was right across the street in front of the beach. The mall and supermarket were within walking distance. There are many restaurants in the area. It was only 15-20 minutes form the city center. There were more amenities than I expected. If you want a nice, quiet, relaxing place to stay that is close to the beach and city center, this is the place to be. I would rent this place again without a doubt.

The apartment was very clean and spacious , perfect for a short break, also very close to the metro which Is a bonus. Would highly recommend.
The condo was clean, neat, bright and well-equipped. There are verandas off the living room and bedrooms, plenty of bathrooms and was conveniently located as a starting point to the rest of Barcelona. Having a parking space in the garage was a definite plus. There's a nice park outside the building where the kids could throw the football around. The beach was close with plenty of room to park, walk, sunbathe. It was an excellent choice for our trip. The only issue we had was our cell phones, which were supposed to work in Europe but didn't, leading to difficulty reaching the manager. This was not the owner's issue but ours. However, we had purchased an International calling card which ultimately fixed that. I recommend it for anyone coming from the US. All in all a great home away from home!
We couldnt be happier with our stay in this amazing apartment. The owners were extremely accomodating and professional. The apartment has an amazing view of the ocean and is on the top floor. There are 3 balconies and each room is extremely comfortable with all the necessities included. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. Air conditioning in each room was a huge plus. Kitchen is well stocked with everything you could need and all utensils. Washer and dryer was nice to have as well. This apartment is better than staying in a 5 star hotel and in a better location. Highly recommend.
Group of 9 Dads and Lads in Barcelona to watch a game at the Nou Camp (what a game Barca 6 Celta 1) Apartment is super spacious, and well positioned 5 mins walk from Selva de Mar Metro giving easy access to all of Barcelona's attractions.Some nice restaraunts on the seafront, 5 mins walk. We twice had to change our dates due to La Liga fixture movement but Lingjuan was very kind in changing dates for us with no fuss.Can truly recommend this apartment and will definitely use for any future trips to Barcelona.
