We have owned this home for the past 17 years. We do not rent for less than 2 weeks and most rentals are for one month or longer with mostly return renters. We care for our property the same as a private home. We do not rent it often, just a few times a year in order to keep it perfect conditon not just for ourselves, but also for our guests.
What makes this House unique
Our home is a stand alone townhouse on 3 levels with 2 large decks (the middle deck has a SS gas grill, large table and 6 chairs) that face the gulf of Mexico. AN APPLICATION AND LEASE MUST BE SIGNED PRIOR TO STAY.

Wonderful
What a wonderful place to stay. Perfect location with beach outback. Nice and quiet small complex. Nicely done updates to condo. Owners where the absolute best, great to work with friendly. We will return.
Great beach vacation!
We spent February and March at this beach house. The location was perfect - next to the best beach in the US and also an easy walk to Siesta Key Village. The two decks are large and provided the opportunity to choose either sun or shade. It was great to sit out in the evenings and eat dinner by candlelight while listening to the waves hit the shore.
Everything was as advertised - lots of room, three large bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, lots of pots/pans/utensils/glasses/plates in the kitchen and even a good gas BBQ!
Carole (the owner) was great to deal with and immediately addressed any questions and a couple of very minor issues that came up during our stay. The place was clean and well maintained. Even the neighbours at Tiffany Sands, who all live there full time, made us feel very welcome.
We'll be back again next year!

Located on Beach Road (gulf side) with a private beach access, Walk to the island village (1/4 mile) shops, restaurants, beach/surf shop, beach rentals, banks, pharmacy, movie rentals, grocery store, 7-11 and more. Everything you might need. The saying is 'Any day you don't leave the island is a great day!'
Less than 1/4 mile to the public beach and you'll find volleyball nets, tennis courts, a playground and food concession, a great place for everyone.
We are a 12 min. drive to the upscale city of Sarasota with some of the finest restaurants in Fl., performing arts, ballet, the West Coast Symphony, the Ringling Museum, art galleries and antique shops. For the young there is Mote Marine Aquarium, Jungle Gardens, the circus museum, a 20 multiplex movie theater and much more.
Approx. 1 1/2 hours to Orlando and within an hours drive is the Ft. Meyers ferry to Key West, it's a great day trip.
