Good overall
Kitchen needs updated with supplies to cook. Also need more glassware options and plastic cups. The property also has too many beach chairs that go unrented, which makes the beach even more crowded than it already is.

It’s a great room,
The location is a bit awkward right next to an entry door. If there’s a lot of foot traffic then you hear the door a lot.

The property manager was very helpful.
The vacation rental was spotless.
I was very happy with the location.
I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.

Very nice unit! Clean and well decorated. Had all we needed for our stay. Did not get a code upon arrival but management company was super responsive and got us our code/info quickly.

Great Location & View!
We could not have had a better view. I truly enjoyed our Monday - Friday stay at the perfect time of year to visit. This was our 4th visit in the San Destin resort community and Beachside II is now my favorite location. The property could use some deep cleaning but we would definitely book again.
