We have been renting our other cabin In Hiawassee for years and love sharing our dreams with our guests. There is everything we love to do here: wineries, hiking, boating, tubing, whitewater rafting, antiquing, BBQ, fire pits, hot tub, horseback riding, waterfalls, and so much more. You will be amazed!
Odalys Sage purchased this Cabin in 2017
Why Odalys Sage chose Hiawassee
This easily accessible cabin is nestled in a what feels like a 'fairy tale forest' and allows us to totally unwind and de-stress. The house sits half-way up the hillside that makes the cabin feel like a treehouse. Its amazing features include the romantic wood burning fireplace, a wood burning creek side fire pit, a gas fire pit on the over-sized deck, a bubbling new lounging style hot tub, and a private switchback style nature trail that winds down to the babbling creek. Songbird Creek Cabin is an oasis from city life. Come sit and rock on the porch while enjoying the sightings of deer grazing in the surrounding forest. Visit and you'll want to stay.

We loved it
We enjoyed our long weekend here. The property was clean and updated, the beds comfortable, enough bathrooms for us! We loved the hot tub, the screened in porch and the fire pit. We also very much appreciated the level driveway and road after visiting a friend's cabin that was multiple very, very steep roads to get there! I would definitely return to this location.
Property was great, really clean and nice
A beautiful cabin with a trail that leads to a the perfect creekside firepit.
Very clean and well-kept cabin, perfect for 2 or 4 persons, easily accessible from Hiawassee. The beds were comfortable, and the cabin was well stocked. We enjoyed the peaceful rear balcony, but the real beauty is down the trail and by the creek at both morning and evening hours. A wonderful little escape into the woods only a few hundred feet from the cabin. Perfectly serene.
Great property. Loved the seclusion. No fishing pole. Should have brought my own. I would stay again
Place was dusty. Did not use the hot tub. Fire pit out of propane. Mess at outside grill. Deck dirty. All that being said the next guest has plenty of firewood, brand new propane tank full. The guest before me wasn't taught to leave a place better than when you found it. Thanks to the property owners for sharing their cabin. We will come again. I'll bring my fishing stuff and leave it next time. God bless you and all who use this place.
Absolutely beautiful and clean I definitely will be coming back! Pictures don’t do it justice 😍

Nature Lovers on a Budget
We first booked the owner's other cabin (722267). My husband has bad knees, and I'm glad I asked where the bedrooms are located because they are all upstairs. (I highly recommend this information be added to the description.) I asked if we could switch to this cabin and Odalys promptly helped us. We stayed midweek in early May and thoroughly enjoyed the many trilliums and flame azaleas blooming in the woods. Nearby, are clear, blue lakes, and we especially loved Minnehaha Falls. The cabin and hot tub are very clean. Kitchen was well-stocked although we couldn't find a large mixing bowl. We love Northeast Georgia!
