In the heart of Madrid, in one of the most historic and atmospheric barrios in the capital, this beautiful three bedroom apartment is perfectly situated for those wanting to immerse themselves in the energy of inner-city life. The area immediately surrounding the apartment is bursting with history and culture, with a number of sights of interest nearby. These include the beautiful Royal Palace and Sabatini gardens, the Almudena cathedral, and the lovely Campo del Moro, one of the most charming parks in the city. The neighbourhood is known for both its excellent traditional tabernas and its modern bars and restaurants, and is popular with both visitors and residents alike looking for a great meal and evening out. A little further afield but still within easy walking distance are a number of the capital’s top sights and attractions, including the Plaza de Espana, art deco Gran Via avenue, the Templo de Debod park, and the Puerta del Sol, the very centre of Madrid. The apartment itself, although part of a traditional Spanish building, has been completely renovated to the very highest standard with a modern décor and comfortable furnishings. The exterior-facing living room is spacious and bright, with classic Spanish balconettes looking out onto the street below. The space has been decorated in a contemporary style with plenty of seating, parquet flooring, artwork on the walls and splashes of bright colour throughout. The combined kitchen and dining room continues the contemporary feel, and comes fully equipped with everything guests may need during their stay. Each of the bedrooms comes with ample storage space, and the twin bedroom has also a en-suite bathroom. With its modern interior and excellent central location this is a great option for anyone looking for a comfortable home during their time in this exciting capital city.
Due to our constant efforts on mantaining our high standards, some pieces of furniture or decoration may be different from the ones shown in the photo gallery.

Apartment very spacious, very clean and decorated beautifully. Central location . Close to shopping ,restaurants and metro. Great for families .
The property was just as beautiful as advertised. 3 bdr, 3 bath, fully-equipped kitchen. Location is excellent on edge of the city center next to the palace. Close to everything but its location across from the senate building keeps it nice and quiet.
Javier met us at our door and explained everything about the apartment to us. This was helpful as when we were in Barcelona later we had to figure some things out on our own.
From the moment I booked this place to the day after we were gone and received out deposit back the staff was always super helpful.
I highly recommend this property and I highly recommend Madrid.
Outstanding location!!!! Walked to everything. Amazing restaurant directly outside, and easy to navigate shopping district. Clean and modern apartment with all the bells and whistles. We have travelled to Europe from the United States before and always look for location, location, location. This apartment was by far one of the nicest we have ever stayed.
I reccomend 100% this Apartment!

Thank you for everything
My family of four: husband/wife, 21-year-old son and 19-year-old daughter, spent a wonderful five nights at this large and immaculately clean apartment. It is literally across the street from the Spanish Senate and a block from the Royal Palace. We walked everywhere - Prado, Atocha Train Station, Gran Via, Plaza d'España, etc., or took the metro at one of the two or three close metro stops, as we did not have a car. The apartment has a very large and sunny living room that was perfect for my kids to stretch out and relax. The kitchen was perfect for the cooking that we did, which was not too much since there are restaurants literally downstairs and why cook anything but breakfast when you have so many great restaurants nearby? The Wi-Fi and television worked perfectly. Be aware, though, that the Wi-Fi did not extend into the back bedrooms, because of the size and layout of the apartment. The three bedrooms were great for our family, and having three bathrooms solved a lot of "sharing" issues. Regarding the showers, the water temperature was adequate, but never hot. But it was never so cold that we could not enjoy a nice shower We would definitely stay at this apartment again in Madrid. If you stay here, you will be in the best location in the city.
We loved this very large and immaculate apartment in the center of the best part of Madrid! The 3 bedrooms fit our family of husband/wife, a 21 year old son and a 19 year old daughter, very nicely. The 3 bathrooms made it convenient for all. It is located across the street from the Spanish Senate, one block from the Palace grounds, and a 5-15 minute walk from so many great plazas, e.g., Plaza d'Espana, Plaza Mayor, Sol, etc., shopping areas and nearby subway stops. We walked to the Prado, El Retiro Park, and basically everything except the Real Madrid FC stadium. All in all, the apartment was excellent.
This apartment is centrally located, near the Royal Palaca and Sabatini gardens, the Almudena cathedral and the lovely Campo del Moro.
