In the heart of Madrid, in one of the most historic and atmospheric barrios in the capital, this beautiful three bedroom apartment is perfectly situated for those wanting to immerse themselves in the energy of inner-city life. The area immediately surrounding the apartment is bursting with history and culture, with a number of sights of interest nearby. These include the beautiful Royal Palace and Sabatini gardens, the Almudena cathedral, and the lovely Campo del Moro, one of the most charming parks in the city. The neighbourhood is known for both its excellent traditional tabernas and its modern bars and restaurants, and is popular with both visitors and residents alike looking for a great meal and evening out. A little further afield but still within easy walking distance are a number of the capital’s top sights and attractions, including the Plaza de Espana, art deco Gran Via avenue, the Templo de Debod park, and the Puerta del Sol, the very centre of Madrid. The apartment itself, although part of a traditional Spanish building, has been completely renovated to the very highest standard with a modern décor and comfortable furnishings. The exterior-facing living room is spacious and bright, with classic Spanish balconettes looking out onto the street below. The space has been decorated in a contemporary style with plenty of seating, parquet flooring, artwork on the walls and splashes of bright colour throughout. The combined kitchen and dining room continues the contemporary feel, and comes fully equipped with everything guests may need during their stay. Each of the bedrooms comes with ample storage space, and the twin bedroom has also a en-suite bathroom. With its modern interior and excellent central location this is a great option for anyone looking for a comfortable home during their time in this exciting capital city.

We loved this very large and immaculate apartment in the center of the best part of Madrid! The 3 bedrooms fit our family of husband/wife, a 21 year old son and a 19 year old daughter, very nicely. The 3 bathrooms made it convenient for all. It is located across the street from the Spanish Senate, one block from the Palace grounds, and a 5-15 minute walk from so many great plazas, e.g., Plaza d'Espana, Plaza Mayor, Sol, etc., shopping areas and nearby subway stops. We walked to the Prado, El Retiro Park, and basically everything except the Real Madrid FC stadium. All in all, the apartment was excellent.
This was a terrific apartment and the staff was very accommodating. It's walking distance to everything.
Gorgeous apartment, very comfortable living spaces. Plenty of bedrooms--small but no matter. We had trouble with the electrical tripping when we had even a few things on and we could not use the air conditioning at all, which was very inconvenient. Otherwise, the space was very well stocked with great amenities. There were some issues with one bathroom needing to be updated--part of the ceiling looked either burned or like it had a terrible leak and stain
We loved this flat - it was the perfect location for walking around the city, in a quiet neighborhood, with lots of great restaurants and sights nearby. The flat is beautiful and has everything you need for your stay. Bonus--the building has an elevator. Everything went just as Spain Select said it would, the staff was great, and we were very happy in Madrid! Highly recommend
Everything was good with exception of "washer/dryer" which is a tiny unit which doesn't really work at all. This is a disappointment when trying to travel light and expecting to be able to do laundry easily.
Great central location, within walking distance of many of Madrid's landmarks.
Very well appointed apartment in a quiet residential area.
The only negative was that the main electrical breaker kept going off every 15 to 20 minutes. This problem was never resolved by the Administration team.
This apartment is centrally located, near the Royal Palaca and Sabatini gardens, the Almudena cathedral and the lovely Campo del Moro.
