Fabulous Location - Great House!

We had a great stay here, the house is very comfortable with everything you need and just as per the listing. We were a family of 6. The location is great & it is so good to have parking in Venice. The carport on the west of the garage is slightly bigger than the one on the right if you have a gigantic car as we did. The communication with the host was wonderful and they were very helpful accommodating our needs, thank you :-)

The Walter House is a perfect home away from home. The house is close to the beach and beautifully decorated with interesting treasures and everything you need for a wonderful stay! Do not hesitate to rent this awesome home!

I'm Tina Walter, my sister Lisa and I grew up in this house. We love it and enjoy having guests that will love it too. Mom and Dad bought it from the original owner/builder and we are always making changes and improvements to keep the house fresh, comfortable and enjoyable.

Why they chose this property

The beach house is quintessential Venice. Built in 1904 when Venice was in it's grand heyday. It's a great way to experience Venice and Los Angeles, in comfort and style.

What makes this property unique

The house is 2 houses from the sand, so swimming and playing on the beach are our favorite pastimes. We like to walk to our favorite local restaurants and people watch on the Venice Boardwalk. The house is great for casual entertaining, the dinning table will seat 12 and we've furnished the kitchen with a lot of dishes and silverware to make sharing our home with your guests a snap.
