About this property

Beautiful Cabin with Incredible Views of the Lake and Mountains - 2nd to None!

Beautiful Cabin with Expansive Views of the Lake and Mountains –
The beautiful retreat is nicely maintained and well-furnished lake view home in Panguitch Lake, within .25 miles of fishing, and just 25 .minutes’ drive to Brianhead Ski Resort. It was our personal vacation home for the past 13 years, and now we are opening it to other families.

The home has 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, movie room (which works as additional sleeping on oversized bean bags for children), 4200/sqft living area and 2000/s of decking around 2 floors, complete game room upstairs with foosball, pool table, ping pong, and poker table for all to enjoy. Ths property is three stories. The bottom floor has mostly sleeping arrangements and a movie room, plus a laundry room. The middle floor has the master bedroom, family room, and kitchen. Plus outdoor decks that can seat many people. The third-floor is a bedroom with a queen bed, bathroom, and the large gaming room, which you can see in the pictures. The home has roughly 3 bedrooms designed for couples. The rest of the beds and spaces have singles/children/etc. The exterior has roughly half an acre additional for parking. Plus the Large fire pit overlooking the lake is nice and cozy. The lots are located on 2+ acres away from other cabins and it backs to a national forest. Right behind the cabin has nearly thousands of miles of trails. You can hike them, bike, or off-road vehicle. But don’t trust me, Google earth, the property and you’ll see. If you are wanting to bring a fifth wheel, trailer, or simply tow something, the proper will fit it, but the driveway is very steep. We will send out photos to assist should you need them prior to booking. Plus, we have an extensive amount of kitchen amenities and fire wood included.Too much to list, but feel free to contact the Owner for additional questions. Qft

Family snow vacation
Great cabin for our snow vacation. Added bonus was the baby gates on all the stairs! So nice to have. Michael is a great host, fast to respond. Might make our stay a tradition.

Super Fun and Beautiful Stay
Our family absolutely loved our stay here. Peaceful setting in the hills with a view, and a very FUN environment for the kids and teens! Terrific host and communication. I definitely recommend accessing the steeper driveway arriving from the right side of the home (as outlined by the owner's check-in instructions).

About the host

This has been our family cabin for nearly 14 years and we have never rented it out. But now that our family is busy, like everyone, we only get a few trips a year now. All of our friends and family have made great memories here. We are hoping that you will too.

Why they chose this property

Living in a fast city, you can easily forget what matters. Family and taking time to enjoy your friends and loved ones. Outside of the beautiful 45 minute drive up from Cedar City, the home backs to the national forest and the view and serenity our 2nd to none at the lake. Every room has a incredible view.

What makes this property unique

Incredible views from every room. Very private so have fun, your neighbors won't hear you. All year access, and during the winter, you can sled down the driveway (after a fresh layer of snow falls)
