Why chose Carre d'Or

I decided to follow this path, obviously to make a life, but with an objective: proposing to my future clients a place where, when they enter into one of the two apartments, they will say 'Wow!'

Like in the sports that allowed me to transmit and share emotions, I would like to transmit very different emotions to my clients, true emotions. Making people happy is always a pleasure!

Another common point between sports and tourism is that you ran into people from all over the world.

This is fantastic!

Great Location!

We loved this unit! It worked great for my daughter and I. We were able to walk to everything we wanted to see in Nice. It also was handy to the bus and train station. I would definitely stay here again , when in Nice!

Second time around - just as good.

This is the second time we have stayed in this apartment as we enjoyed it just as much as the first time.

David and Sebastian are easy to deal with. The apartments itself is well located and comfortable for our family of 4.

Nice is a fantastic city with so much to see and do.

Excellent apartment, great location!

We spent a week in David's apartment and we only have good things to say about it. The location is perfect, on a pedestrian only street, 1 block from the Promenade and very close to supermarkets, restaurants, bars etc. All furnishings and appliances are clean and modern and the apartment is light, bright and spacious for 2 people. We had a great time in Nice. It is a beautiful, clean city with a wonderful old town and it is so easy to visit other Cote d'Azure cities and towns from here. Highly recommended, and thank you David and Sebastien.

This property is exactly as described - very clean and comfortable.

The location was perfect as everything is so convenient. The food shops are very close. The train station is a 15 minute walk.

The apartment had everything we needed for our stay including beach mats and a parasol which were very welcome. We went by train to the outdoor public pool in Monte Carlo which was super for our child.

The balcony is nice to sit on and watch the comings and goings on the street below with a glass of wine at the end of the day.

There are no written instructions re some appliances which would be helpful but this is really a minor thing.

Our stay sadly overlapped with the Bastille Day attack and both David and Sebastien were kind enough to contact us and we really appreciated their thoughtfulness. We could not ask for better - thank you.

Absolutely perfect

David has truly thought of everything to make your stay in Nice comfortable and memorable.

The apartment is bright, spacious, clean and well-maintained and was perfect for our family. (2 adults and 2 children aged 5 and 7 years).

From our very first email it was a joy and a pleasure communicating with David.

Everything in the apartment is as described and photographed.

It was our second time visiting Nice (our first was 9 years ago) and the first time staying at David's apartment.

Nice offers so many things to see and do. We visited Marineland in Antibes and the Oceangraphic Museum/Aquarium in Monaco which was enjoyed by both the adults and children. The Euro was on during our so the children enjoyed the fan-zone set up on the promenade and Jardin Albert to watch the games.

With our stay being so perfect you have become our No. 1 choice for a future visit (hopefully in the not too distant future) and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this apartment to all visitors.
