Apartment BORD DE MER is a large terrace where you can enjoy your meals with a 180 degree view of the sea and the sound of the waves. SPECTACULAR on the bay of Cannes. The apartment is very spacious and quiet. There is a well equipped NEW kitchen and a large bedroom with a bathroom. DIRECT ACCESS TO THE BEACH.
We are 10 minutes walk from the Palais des Festivals, restaurants and the shopping street of the rue d'Antibes.
We also offer a practical garage closed in the residence.
The apartment is located in the residence Panoramer
at 26 rue Jean Hibert sea side and 69 rue Georges Clemenceau side street in Cannes.

Best View Ever

A truly magnificent view! It takes your breath away when you first arrive, and the effect continues every time you look outside. The hosts have it well-equipped, and they are very responsive and accessible--a delight, really. If a gorgeous water view is your priority, it can’t be beat! Really a beautiful vista.

We waited over 2 years to visit and it was absolutely worth the wait . The host was excellent with communication and both the location and apartment were wonderful. Great location - standard disappointing

Outstanding terraces with panoramic views but all in shabby condition. One front terrace canopy not usable as motor needing replaced. Air conditioning ineffective. Replacement linen badly stained of poor quality and not used - needed to launder first set myself. Bathroom poor quality. Faults listed not flagged up in HA
