Sugar Knoll Lodge is located on a hill in front of the majestic White Cliffs of Orderville Utah. It is nestled among the cedar trees in a completely private and secluded setting. You will have a quiet setting with no neighbors yet it is only 2 minutes to town. Bordering the 1 acre property is BLM land where you are free to hike and explore nearby Sugar Knoll, Coal Hollow and Red Cave. It is a short drive to Zion and Bryce Canyons, Coral Pink Sand Dunes and dozens of amazing natural sites.

Sugar Knoll Lodge is fully equipped to make your stay pleasant and peaceful with many amenities for your entertaining purposes.

A large charcoal BBQ is conveniently located on the deck for your use ready to serve a big party. And a fire ring can be found off the deck for roasting marshmallows and cooking dutch oven dinners.

The master bath is equipped with a 2 person jetted Jacuzzi tub.

The kitchen is stocked as well as any kitchen should be with all new and modern appliances. All stainless steel appliances include a gas range with electric convection oven, french door refrigerator with filtered water in the door, built in microwave and range hood, quiet dishwasher, trash compactor, dual sink and prep sink both with garbage disposals, KitchenAide Mixer, convection toaster oven, coffee maker, waffle maker, griddle, slow cooker crockpot, blender and service for a large crowd of 24+.

The loft and master bedroom boast 55 inch flat screen TVs with DIRECTV service. The loft has a DVD player as well. WiFi service is provided throughout the lodge. A Thomas the Train set can be found in the loft along with some games.

Guest access

You will have private access to both floors of the lodge. There is a deck that fully wraps around the cabin without any neighbors in sight. Upstairs there is a deck where views of the East edge of Zion can be had. You will also have unlimited access to thousands of acres of BLM land and protected national parks with miles hiking trails that begin right off the deck. Explore Coal Hollow, Sugar Knoll, Red Cave and White and Pink Cliffs without getting in a car. Keep your eyes peeled, you might find ancient arrowheads or plant and animal fossils! Or you even might run into a massive majestic mule deer with a full rack.

Interaction with guests

I will be able to answer questions and give suggestions throughout your trip. I can be reached easily by text anytime. We have a maintenance crew to fix issues as they may arise.
