Sea Colony boasts 12 Pools (3 indoor), 34 tennis courts (indoor and outdoor and a world-class tennis program), basketball courts, a state-of-the-art fitness center (with indoor and outdoor pools, weight room, saunas, whirlpool, and indoor gym), sand volleyball, supervised children's programs, free community shuttle, hiking-biking trails, picnic tables, private security, and more. Guests enjoy exclusive access to a half-mile of private beach (guarded during the summer) and Thursday evening beach bonfires and live music during the summer. Sea Colony is just minutes from championship golf, eclectic tax-free shopping, water sports, family amusements, natural treasures, and so much more.

The kitchen includes all new appliances, including a double oven, so that kids' pizza is ready to serve at the same time as an adult meal. Also, the fully stocked kitchen includes a Keurig, waffle iron, blender, tea kettle, cooking utensils, and dishes. Enjoy sunsets and a bottle of wine on the balcony with outdoor living and a cedar dining set.

An electric charging station is conveniently located by this building.

Sea Colony guest badges are required for each person each week, ages four and over, and are available at the Sea Colony Beach Shoppe (across the street from Sea Colony). In addition to badges, parking passes are required while on Sea Colony property at all times, even in the off-season

Badges must be on your person when using any of the amenities at Sea Colony, including the pools, the beach, the Freeman Fitness Center, the Tennis Center, and the trams. In addition, all passengers of vehicles entering the east property must have a badge. Security will check vehicles and pedestrians at the entrances. You will receive a second car pass if purchasing three adult passes. All fees are subject to change.

Check-in is 4:00 P.M, and check-out is 11:00 P.M. Sorry, we cannot allow pets. It is a Sea Colony rule that only homeowners can bring pets. Also, this is a non-smoking unit, and the minimum age to rent is 32.

Back Home for High School Class Reunion and Vacation with Sister and Bro-in-Law

Condo was very clean and nicely decorated. In Sea Colony on higher floor so beautiful view of the Atlantic. Close to downtown Bethany and very convenient to Coastal Hwy for access to OC, Dewey and Rehoboth. Had everything we needed except ironing board. Condo size was fine for us, but bathrooms were a little small, especially master. But would definitely stay again and highly recommend. Owners were wonderful to work with and very responsive.

Perfect as Usual

This was our fourth or fifth time staying in the apartment. Jean always accommodates us, which we greatly appreciate! The place is clean, comfortable and very pretty, not to mention the fact the the view is lovely. You can’t beat an ocean view! Don’t hesitate to rent this place, you’ll be very happy.

Weekend at Sea Colony

We had a wonderful long weekend at this property. Great location, easy access to the beach, and a nicely decorated and comfortable condo.

We love the beach air; it seems to be magical! We came down one winter when Bethany was covered in snow and found our gem. This place has a fantastic view.

We quickly got to work, moved a few walls to open up the bathrooms and kitchen, got rid of the popcorn ceilings, added the wainscoting, fresh paint, all new cabinetry, and some fabulous granite, and things started to feel great. The next fun project was the decorating, and with a few new pieces and lots of high-quality older pieces we refinished, the place feels like an HGTV Fixer Upper on the sunny side.

We live in Maryland and love sharing our happy getaway with our guests.

We hope you will be happy here too!
